Good little apartment
Checking in is easy as the keys are there on your arrival. Host was need to the app and this is why I gave the communication a 3 star but they were helpful otherwise. Appartment is as listed and it has a tram station right outside which makes travel easy and it is in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Feedback to the host would be to display the wifi code a bit better. Otherwise a lovely holiday and I would reccommend this accommodation

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Propreté : toilettes souillées, placards maculés de restes, plaques de cuisson grasses, traces de rouille et de saleté sur le plan de travail, les prises électriques de la cuisine très sales.
Équipements : volet d'une chambre cassé, charnières d'un placard et serrure de la salle de bain arrachés.
Les photos justifiants ces commentaires seront envoyées par mail impossibilité de les joindre à cet avis.

L'appartement n'était pas propre. Surtout la vaisselle, le couvert et les placards. Nous étions obligé de lavé les affaires qu'on pensait d'utiliser. Lave-vaisselle ne fonctionné pas et était dans un état déplorable. La salle de bain n'était pas dans une bonne état et pas au norme. La pomme de douche était beaucoup trop proche des ampoules et que separé par une rideau de douche.Quelques placard était très fragile.L'appartement a des bonne potentiel vu la luminosité, l'espace et la placement. Mais a besoin d'entretien et une ménage profond par tout. Le contact avec les conciërge était rapide et agréable.
