We enjoyed the pool. We did not know that the resort was under construction for remodel. The entrance and lobby was closed off. This was disappointing.

The room was wonderful. It had everything we needed and I loved the short walk from our patio to the pool. We didn't have to worry about going through the lobby or in the elevators to get to the pools. Crystal was excellent with communication and and the room was nicely refreshed by the cleaner.

The owner, Crystal was very responsive. Any question or concerns I had, she was very quick on responding. She also provided suggestions on activities around the island. Being our first time on this island, we had a wonderful stay in her property. I do like how it is conveniently located to stores and restaurant. Her unit was really a central location. I would definitely consider staying at this unit next time we are back on the island.

Nice and centrally located. We looked around and it is perfectly everything…. It’s not too fancy and just a perfect combination of life. If your snobby then it’s not for you but if your a mid lifer then you will love it. We think it’s amazing and everything we needed.

We check it in from a 6 hour flight to find out our room wasn’t cleaned. Towels everywhere and used condoms on the bed. Yuk. Don’t recommend this.

Lovely property

The unit and grounds were lovely, with hot tubs, pools, and secluded beaches. The room was very comfortable and it’s patio had a nice view of the pool areas. The listing did not include the $35/day parking fee information.

Nice Pool, Ok Rooms

Let me start off by saying the pool and ocean are beautiful, but the room was sub par. Our bathroom had ants crawling on the counter the entire stay. We had to put out toothbrushes in plastic bags when not using them. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. Be mindful of the bar and restaurants on property they charge 18% gratuity and don’t tell you. We won’t be coming back

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay, room & resort were nice! Parking is oversold some nights and you have to get creative. Lots of remodeling with noise going on during our stay! Across the hall to the left, right and above us but just our luck!

What a beautiful place!

We loved our time here! The room was great. The location is on the ground floor and has a beautiful lanai which is approximately 15 steps to the gorgeous pool area. It couldn't have been more perfect. We spent our mornings sipping coffee and watching all the birds while enjoying the sound of the waterfalls at the pool. The grounds are immaculately groomed and this place is a delight to the senses. We will definitely rent again if we have the opportunity to come back to Kauai. Thank you for the great experience. It was a pleasure!

Centrally located

This place is more like a resort than a hotel. Beautiful grounds, multiple pools, great food and entertainment. Its literally a couple minutes from the airport but you really dont get alot of plane noise. The staff is super friendly and always available. The room is a typical hotel room. Its clean has an oversized dorm style fridge which was nice. If you are doing Kauai right this is all you need, a comfy bed after being outside all day. This room was almost half whatbthe hotel charges so i would call this a bargain!!

Resort amazing / Room ok / host rude

The room is ok, host rude, we had to take out of the room our trash ourself « in the back of the building » (even if there is 5 buildings), and if you have an expensive cleaning fee. Im no garbage man.
