We loved this property! Everything is so clean and spacious! The beds were super comfortable too and the coffee bar was on point! The pool and jacuzzi were the highlight of the trip! The host was very easy to contact and responded right away with any questions we had. Of course we loved feeding the animals! We are excited to return next year!

Beautiful and relaxing getaway

My wife and I had one of our best weekends at this beautiful property. It was wonderful being able to pet the rescue horses and watch the wildlife. The house and pool were the cleanest Vrbo we have ever stayed at. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home!

Wonderful property/stay

Our group of 8 adults/kids thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in this lovely home. While there were a lot of rules to follow (and I hope the owner knows that we did our very best to), as parents and homeowners we understand their purpose in order to maintain the high quality of this place for others. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed plus more. The kids (and myself especially) enjoyed all the animals that live on the property and considered their presence a major bonus. The owners truly put a lot of effort into making sure you feel at home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

The house is lovely, comfortable, and immaculate. The weather was perfect, so we were also able to enjoy being outdoors — coffee on the porch, breakfast at the picnic table, wine after dinner by the pool. And it was such fun to take gifts of carrots and apples to the very appreciative horses, pigs, and goat in the pasture behind the trees. A unique experience!

Weekend Retreat

Laura’s property and home is gorgeous! My friends and I were there for a weekend event, and had a wonderful time. While we were not at the property much during the day due to our event, we made sure to take time to enjoy the home ans much ans possible and visit the animals. We are all huge animal lovers, and loved reading their stories. There is a lot of love in that home, and Laura has a huge heart and was quick to answer questions. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. I’m a huge neat freak, so I especially loved the cleanliness. 💜🙏💜 Thank you again!!

Beautiful, quiet property!

Our extended family enjoyed a wonderful stay. The house was exactly as pictured, spacious and comfortable. The pool was a bonus! Laura was great to deal with ahead of and during our stay. The location was perfect for us and I would stay again if needing a place in the area.

Perfect Family Getaway

The house was so clean and inviting! Exactly like the pictures. Lots of room and more for a family of 6. The grandkids loved feeding the animals as well as the adults! We looked forward to visiting with them each morning. The pool was perfect for all of us. Thank you for sharing your home we had a blast!

Amazing Animal Rescue Ranch

We needed a large house to rent near Georgetown for a family event and this property caught our attention. The fact that it featured rescued horses, goats, pigs and cats was a nice bonus that added to the charm of this private gated country estate. The entire property is beautifully maintained. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. The kitchen is large with a huge island and is well equipped. A relaxing pool and hot tub are just a few steps from the back door. There is nothing bad to say about this property. It exceeded our expectations in so many ways! On a personal note, I have a reputation in my family of always picking the cheapest place to stay, which usually ends up backfiring. I'm happy to say my family was surprisingly pleased at the high quality of these accommodations! The host replied to all our questions in a quick and friendly manner. And our family really enjoyed visiting the rescued animals to show them love and feed them carrots! Another bonus was a little local barbecue joint just down the road. The food at Agape BBQ was so authentic and delicious that we ate there for dinner one night and lunch the very next day! Loved this property and we would most certainly stay there again!

Still rural but not for long

The house is tucked away in an older community of ranchettes. Nothing particularly interesting about the community other than being spacious and very quiet except for the occasional dog bark or chicken. The town of Liberty still feels like small town Texas but I doubt it’s going to stay comfortables way, as extensive road improvements in the area usually mean subdivisions are on the way. The good news is this house and neighborhood are insulated so you won’t see or hear it. The house is nice, newer than most in the area, comfortable and welcoming. The couch and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the owners even provide a great assortment of coffee and some creamers. Although we didn’t use it the pool and attached spa are very nice and set among the old oaks behind the house. Had the weather been nicer I could see spending a lot of time out on the pool deck.

Best VRBO experience I've ever had

We stayed at this beautiful home for an extended family getaway during the total solar eclipse, and it was wonderful in every way. First, the home is even nicer in person than in the photos. It's immaculately clean, modern, and has every ammenity we could possibly need - including ones we didn't anticipate needing, like a washer/dryer and even an air fryer. All of the rooms and beds are very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our party of 8 to sleep. My husband and I stayed in the primary suite (booker's privilege) and now I'm determined to remodel my bathroom at home to look like this one. The location was easy to get to, but definitely off the beaten path. We really enjoyed warming up in the hot tub, playing board games in the dining room, sitting around the fire pit, and doing SO MUCH cooking in the large kitchen. And of course, spending time with the animals! I especially bonded with the cats, but the horses, goats, and pigs are very sweet and surprisingly gentle when we fed them carrots (pro tip: keep your palm open and hand flat). There was even a visit from the neighbor's sweet pup, Coco. Laura was also an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so patient with all my MANY questions leading up to the stay, and miraculously charged a very reasonable price when some owners in the area were surging to 3x or more for the eclipse weekend. She has clearly thought of all the little things, like notes exactly where you'll need them about how to work the remotes and

Quality time with the family

Stayed for a long weekend to celebrate Mom's 70th birthday and had a great time here with the fam. A well-appointed space with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax and have fun. Spent most of the time poolside and enjoyed getting to know all the animals, playing games, and exploring local eats too. Given the opportunity, of course we'd love to come back :)

Relaxing and heartfelt

This property is beautiful, clean, and the animals are so precious. My family and I enjoyed the relaxing pool and hot tub while hearing the birds sing and watching the butterflies fly by. We brought 6 bags of carrots to feed the horses and pigs and had the time of our lives. The house was impeccably clean. It was the perfect size for family of all ages. It was stocked with pots and pans for cooking. Also, enjoyed the hammock and coffee on the front porch. Owner was quick to respond and attentive to our communication. We would come back in a heartbeat!

A Unique, Relaxing Weekend

We needed a get-away weekend and wanted someplace where we could swim and relax, and this home gave us that and more. The home is absolutely stunning inside, the pool/spa were amazing (the heated spa was well-used by us) and the cherry on the cake was getting to treat the horses and goats to apples, carrots, and all the petting they would allow. The goats are spunky and entertaining, the pigs did their wallowing our entire stay and we did our best to give pets to the cats in the catio, and we loved interacting with all three horses who warmed up to us quickly. We ventured into Austin for dinner our first night which was an easy 30-minute drive and then stayed in and grilled dinner on night two. We spotted several deer, heard roosters crowing in the quiet of the morning and felt like we had a little escape from the city.. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a break from their norm and a truly unique experience with their rescue animals.

Revitalizing retreat in hill country

Perfect house and location for families and friends who want to relax and enjoy the countryside while being close to Austin. Amazing pool and spa facilities. The ranch hands Luis and Jessica took great care of the animals. House is very clean w all the modern amenities needed. Very close to some great bbq restaurants and live music on the weekends. The host was very communicative and accommodating and overall, we could not have been happier with our choice to stay here. Would definitely come back again!

Amazing stay!

Our stay was perfection! Laura, the owner, was most accommodating, and her communication was great! The house was beautifully decorated and updated with modern amenities. The pool was amazing…..both kids and adults had the best time swim and lounging. Oh and how we loved the animals, my personal favorite part of our stay!
