The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Seth was in touch to see to our needs and offered suggestions for restaurants in the area. We would definitely return if we visited Lexington again.

Beautiful house, great location. This is our second stay at this property. Everything labeled well and easy to use. A perfect place to get together with friends and family. Seth is very helpful and communicative although everything goes so smoothly you won’t really need him! Highly recommend

Family gathering in Lexington

Slept 9 comfortably. Very spacious, very well stocked kitchen. The variety of spaces allowed for everyone to have their favorite space. Host kept us updated regularly which I appreciated. We look forward to returning.

Wonderful Stay

We had three generations in the home for a family wedding. The game room in garage was perfect to relax and unwind the first night. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds were all comfortable. Our only hiccup was the bed in the common area. In our opinion that really isn’t a 5th bedroom. There are no doors or bathroom access. You have to go down the stairs to use the half bath and share a shower with another bedroom. The listing says 2 queens in common area but there is a king in the common area. We made it work but just wanted to clarify for future guests reading the reviews.

Great stay! Wonderful service

The stay was just what we were looking for to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday! Clean house and large beds is perfect for a large group of adults. They even shipped back something that was left at the house - very kind of them to do that. The only thing it could use is some new cookware. The pots/pans were small for cooking for a group of 12.

Stay was great, house was conveniently located to town,Keenland, and several distilleries. Only negative was trying to grill Steaks, the grill did not heat up properly and had to prepare meal indoors.

Beautiful Home in Great Location

We had an excellent stay at this property in the heart of Lexington. The property was spacious and well equipped and comfortable for the whole group. We also enjoyed the game room and amenities. Check in was simple and communication was great. Highly recommend if you’re in town for a visit!

KY Girls Weekend

A group of 10’of us (sisters and nieces) came to visit with our Niece who goes to Kentucky University) and have a girls weekend. The location of the property was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Lots of fun.

House and host were amazing! Great place for a Girls’ Trip!!

Wonderful house for a guys’ or girls’ weekend. Plenty of space and rooms! Very clean and stocked with all the essentials. Hot tub was perfect. Plenty of seating in den with a fireplace to sit around. Our host Seth was very helpful too with our questions! 100% recommend. Oh and for those coffee and wine folks. There is the cutest little cafe 2-3 blocks up the street.

Wow…. Best VRBO ever

The pictures do not deceive. The home is as beautiful as it looks and is as spacious also. It was very well equipped with very high end fixtures and furnishings. Working with Seth was very easy and excellent communication, which is always a big plus. Definitely not check out the coffee and wine shop right down the street, I really can’t say enough about how nice this home is and comfortable. We loved our stay in Lexington. I do highly recommend taking The Unique Horse farm Tour with Shaun Washington.

Stayed here with a group for a horse show. House was perfect and very comfortable. The driveway had plenty of room for our pick up trucks but had to be careful getting in and out of the driveway since it is a bit narrow.
