However when we checked in we were given a room on 3rd floor with no mention of major ongoing construction, paint odors, mattresses in hallways, etc. I am very sensitive to paint odors; fortunately smell did not seep into our room but we should have been forewarned, offered other accommodations, etc. topper, elevator broke over night. No offer of help carrying our bags to lobby. No offer of fee reduction.

This property is under renovations. Pool was closed and we were not notified of this closure. We stayed on the 3rd floor in an outdated room and all other floors are under renovation so the floor smelled like a construction zone. I was very unhappy with our stay since none of this was communicated to us when making our reservations.
