Spacious, tidy & quiet apartment in Leipzig

We loved our stay in the Feuerbach apartment! LOCATION: situated in the quiet and neighborhood friendly Waldstrasseviertel, in the morning you will be waken up by the chirping birds! 25 minute-walk (if you really take your time) from the city center and Hauptbahnhof. 2 minutes away from a small grocery store 2 minutes away from the Red Bull arena if you wanna see a football game or to wander in the park. 2 min away from the tram station ( Line 4, travels to the city. But I recommend you walk if possible :)) APARTMENT CONDITION: Everything was relatively new and well-taken care of by their staff & guests! Wifi was spotty sometimes though. The beds were very comfortable and cozy! We loved the space and privacy! Check in and check out: The building subtly blends in with the other regular apartment buildings on the street! Make sure you see the "serviced apartment" sign. And press "reception" when arrive. We arrived early and the friendly housekeeping lady gave us the key immediately. Never met the actual "actual" person. I don't think there is one! And we just left the keys in the room after checking out. In conclusions, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this to anyone!

Alles bestens. Check in und out war kontaktlos, das Apartment sehr geräumig und perfekt sauber. Das Auto steht im Hof sehr sicher, für die Fahrräder gibt es einen abgeschlossenen Raum im Keller. Die Gegend ist super: Viele Parks und Wald, Restaurants in der Nähe.

Ruhig gelegenes, schönes Apartment in Zentrumsnähe

Bei der Ankunft waren wir beim ersten Eindruck von der Gebäudefassade noch etwas skeptisch. Auch das Treppenhaus war noch nicht sehr vielversprechend. Als wir dann aber unser Apartment betraten wurden wir positiv überrascht. Es war sehr geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und als Welcome-Pack gab es Instantkaffee, Zucker, Milch, Tee, eine Flasche Wasser und eine Kleinigkeit zum Naschen. An Elekrogeräten gab es Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, zwei Herdplatten, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler. Ein Spültuch, ein Trockentuch, Geschirrspülmittel und mehrere Tabs für den Geschirrspüler waren auch vorhanden. Wir waren im 4. OG untergebracht, ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, der Zoo ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt auch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle in der Nähe, die wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. In einer Mappe gab es Infos zur Umgebung, einen Stadtplan, etc. Einen Bäcker und mehrere Restaurants gab es gleich in der Nähe. Für unser Auto hatten wir einen Stellplatz im Hof für 5€ pro Nacht dazugebucht. Die Hofeinfahrt ist etwas eng, aber machbar. Der uns zugeteilte Stellplatz war leider sehr kurz, für einen Kleinwagen durchaus ausreichend, aber da wir einen Maxivan fahren war das etwas schwierig. Hier wäre vorab vielleicht eine Abfrage sinnvoll, alle anderen Stellplätze wären nämlich länger gewesen. Alles in allem würden wir das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

hübsches Apartment Zentrumsnah

Schon die Dame beim Check in war ganz lieb und zuvorkommend. Als wir in das Apartment kamen, waren wir positiv überrascht. Wir reisten zu dritt, zwei Erwachsenen und ein Kind, 2 Jahre. Das Apartment war für 4 Personen ausgeschrieben und der Platz war für uns definitiv ausreichend und alles war sehr sauber. Sogar einen Balkon gab es, was uns definitiv im Sommer noch einmal in das Apartment locken wird. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle etc. Auch etwas Kaffee und Tee wurde bereit gestellt (evtl. Salz könnte man noch bereit stellen).

Empfehlenswert

Wir waren mit einem einjährigen Kind zu einem kurzen Leipzigtrip hier gewesen und waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Kinderbett kein Problem, sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man so braucht. Wir würden dieses Appartementhotel jeden weiter empfehlen. Ideal auch gelegen, um Leipzig zu erkunden.

Ruhiges gelegenes Haus.

Wir waren vom 22.12.2016-04.01.2017 im Appartementhaus,für uns war es Zentral gelegen.Straßenbahnhaltestelle ca.100Meter 3Stadion ist man in der City.Im Haus (Zimmer)selbst hatten wir alles was wir brauchten.Haben uns wohlgefühlt, immer wieder, würden wir Buchen.

Ein Radio in der Küche wäre toll gewesen.

Die Wohnung war absolut ansprechend. Ausreichend auch für 4 Personen. Der Hausservice war sehr freundlich und hat uns informativ sehr gut zur Seite gestanden.

nette Ferienwohnung

Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung. Leider konnte man aber das Wohnzimmer nicht abdunkeln, was zum schlafen für die dritte und vierte Person blöd ist. Zudem geht das Wohnzimmer zur Straße raus und das war doch recht laut. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut zu erreichen. Ein Bäcker befindet sich gleich nebenan. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Uns hat nicht gefallen, das es im Wohnzimmer trotz Schlafsofa keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit gab. Zudem war die Matratze im Doppelbett sehr hart. Lediglich 1 Handtuch pro Person.

Super ruhig und Innenstadt Nähe für einen Kurztrip ideal ,man kann ohne Auto alles erreichen .
