The room was fine and the small kitchen was clean. The bed was a little hard but comfortable. The cost was a factor to us and that is why we picked TownePlace Suites. The room was worth the cost and was near enough to the family we came to visit.

The breakfast had many choices. Area was clean and well maintained.. Staff friendly and efficient. Room clean and very spacious. Pool and hot tub very nice and relaxing vibe. Jets didn't really work well in hot tub but temp. Was super. Pool larger also and temp. Nice.

From check-in to check-out, this TownePlace Suites was fantastic. Great staff, clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, at a competitive price, and a deliciously hot hottub. We would stay there again.

We've stayere a few times over the past 2-3 years and have always enjoyed it. This time, the room we got was somewhat run down, comfortable but looked somewhat shaggy and was much smaller than we'd had before. The break fast options were not as many as there were before expect on the Holiday, which was nice, I would also like it if they made up the room daily.

We chose Towne place for its location just a block from Spanish Springs Square in the Villages, but were delighted with the friendly and helpful staff, large rooms and commons, bountiful breakfast, and peaceful quiet nights.

The toilet in our room did not flush properly and we were told that there was no other room to move us to. The last day of our stay it totally stopped working and we had to use the restrooms in the lobby. Maintenance tried to get it fixed, but to no avail. The property in general looks rundown totally not up to Marriott standards.
