Dirty room, from the carpet to the dishes and even the blankets. The entire room was dirty. Not to mention the safety hazards. The carpet was damaged so much that nails were sticking out and my son injured his foot. Front desk was unable to assist with any issues and wanted to charge for extra towels.

The property itself was nice, but the service was incredibly frustrating. No one at the hotel could assist with penthouse-related issues, and Expedia kept directing me back to the hotel instead of helping — creating a never-ending loop with no real support. On top of that, the room temperature was completely inconsistent; one day it was 60 degrees, the next it was 85. For the price you pay, the level of service is simply not acceptable. Both Expedia and the hotel failed to provide proper assistance, which made the stay not worth the money.”

The floor wasn’t swept both refrigerators didn’t get cold. We called for towels and blankets never received them multiple times. The over head shower leaked and the sink had problems draining and the water was cloudy white. We asked for a strip view and didn’t get one I was just greatly disappointed and was truly embarrassed by the lack of effort.. it was my friends first Vegas trip and it kinda started our trip off on a poor note

There should be mop, broom, dustpan and brush for everyday cleaning that might need to be done. There is cutlery, pans and pots. There should also be cloths provided. I stay at Palms Place a handful of times a year for some months. Issues with TV and other minor stuff was dealt with promptly. Service was pretty good. I paid for a balcony room and I did not receive that. I’ll be back in Vegas in May for a few weeks. Rating 4 out of 5.

Stay away from stayview suites unless you book direct through the Palms, the condition of the room left a lot to be desired, and we had a lot of issues with broken fixtures and lack of support from stay view suites was an absolute joke, from the first day the bath tub had no water, chewing gum stuck on mirror behind the bed, air con in bedroom not functional, torn carpets, broken telephone and a ridiculous amount of dust and grime, also the fire does not stay on,we were promised compensation but this was then denied on check out and emails are now ignored. Honestly the palms is great but i will not return .
