Missing simple touches liked bottled water in the room after a long flight!Host communication wasn’t consistent. When asking a simple question, I was replied to with “look on Google” which did not land well for the “fee” I have paid to them. Seems like a few things because you have booked a third party slip rather than if booking direct with the hotel. Overall, nice big room and clean.
