Property was super cute and cozy. A bit smaller than I expected when I booked it, but very comfortable for the two of us. Host was very friendly and responsive. The check-out process is a bit much.. you’re expected to wash and put away your own dishes, take out your own trash, and put your towels in the washing machine - which you would never find in a hotel. As someone who attended EDC, getting home at 6am and trying to clean before my 11am flight was not ideal. Definitely a first-world problem.
Also, for anyone else considering this property for EDC - the traffic was brutal. This was my first year attending the event, but we easily spent ~2 hours per day in traffic for a property that’s only 15 miles away. This cost us over $100 in Uber EACH WAY. Again, for EDC specifically, you’re equally better off getting a hotel and shuttle on the strip.
Overall we had a very positive experience. However, for the cost, I don’t know that I’d book it again (for EDC specifically). It’s a cute property with some convenient places nearby (grocery store only .5 miles away), but the cost-to-size/amenity ratio was just a little hard to swallow.
Stoked to have had a chance to stay here!
