We had an amazing time at this rental. We had 9 people in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. The home was clean and nicely updated. Traveling with a non-verbal child it was nice having a room attached to the master bedroom. The pool was a HUGE hit with everyone! We spent most of our time poolside and the available bbq and fire pit made for fun times. Very close to the strip. Not walking distance but a short drive or uber ride. The hosts were very kind and responded quickly with any questions we had. Can’t wait to plan our next Vegas trip, we would stay here again.

This place was great. Clean rooms, personal rooms beds to accommodate 6 adults, great common area, and quick easy drive to the strip, downtown, etc. Only area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub.

We had a small group of girls stay here. It was a perfect distance from the strip. We Uber’ed from this location and with traffic, it was a 15 minute ride. It was in a neighborhood. Our favorite features were the pool, room themes, and the option of a hot tub was nice. The hot tub was an inflatable, we could fit three people in it. The clean up wasn’t much at all which made for a quick check out.

This house is great! Plenty of space, clean & well stocked with goodies! A few minor bummers: -We were not left hot tub instructions, so we were not able to use it. That said, we were refunded and learned the power button needed to be held down longer. -The description led us to believe the strip was within walking distance and it’s not. It’s a short drive, but not walkable. I also wish they had stocked more toilet paper, since we had 8 people and had to order some on Uber Eats the last day, but this is less of a complaint and more of a recommendation for the property manager. I would def stay here again!

Good afternoon I am having some issues and concerns about our booking. We have been moved to a different location away from the original location. We weren’t notified of any changes until 30 minutes prior to us landing. So we were left with no options but to take the change. We have requested for a late checkout to accommodate the change and was told no. So I asked what can be done to accommodate our inconvenience that was caused because we are traveling with a 70 year old elderly person which was the main reason we chose the original house. Now this one is farther away from everything and is costing us more money and time because of the inaccessibility of everything now. We were told to contact you directly. What can be done to compensate us for the inconveniences this has caused.I never heard anything back from the property owners about the inconvenience or assistance.

Absolutely Amazing

The first rental Ive had that is exactly like the pictures!! And then some. I travel alot. This house is welcoming from the moment you open the door. Everything a traveler needs and plus some. Its alot bigger than described. It was so clean and open. The outside is Awsome! I really am shocked at the attention to detail. Thank you so much

Great decor

Great house & location

Don’t let the lack of curb appeal deter you, this house is really cute with all the household amenities you’ll need, we loved this house so clean & larger than it looks. It’s in a nice quiet neighbourhood & close to stores & restaurants. Take note that the barbecue does not include gas & the fire pit does not include wood. Great price & really close to downtown Vegas

We stayed here for our family thanksgiving since all our kids are over 18 we had a blast we love the house we were able to come back after a day or night out on the stripe it wasn’t far we rideshared back and forth and relax plenty of space inside and out definitely would book again when we come back to town!!

The property was perfect for our size group, not too far away from the strip where ubers and lyfts aren't crazy coming and going. Clean, functional and plenty of space. Check in was easy, and our host was available to answers our calls with the first try. 100% would book again and would recommend confidently to others

Overall great place

Great location. Minutes from the strip. Lots of food and shopping near by. Cute little place. Great little touches throughout. Like others have said, water pressure in 1 bathroom isn't great, but the master bathroom is good. Needs a little TLC on the outside, but overall great place to stay. Would stay there again.
