Inside, you will find bright and thoughtfully furnished spaces, Sonos speakers throughout the home and backyard, smart TVs, upgraded finishes, and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking or sharing meals. You will love the location. The home is less than one mile from Harry Reid International Airport, 2.7 miles from the MGM Grand, and 2.8 miles from the Las Vegas Convention Center. You get the best of both worlds with quick access to Vegas attractions without the noise or crowds.
Step through the grand entryway and enjoy custom flooring, quality appliances, flowing fountains, and beautifully crafted cabinetry and granite counters. The private backyard is your oasis with an in ground pool, heated spa, and spacious hardscape designed for relaxation. The spa is fully heated year round.
Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary bedroom, queen beds in two guest rooms, and a queen pull out couch with privacy doors in the den, plus an air mattress if you need extra space. The primary bedroom features a walk in shower and double granite sinks. The additional bathrooms offer modern tile, upgraded cabinetry, and comfortable space for groups traveling together.
Entertainment is easy with three wall mounted smart TVs throughout the home, Cox cable, Apple TV in the den, and indoor outdoor Sonos speakers that connect through WiFi using the free Sonos app. The layout gives everyone room to stretch out, work remotely, or gather together for meals and movie nights.
For safety and peace of mind, the property has exterior only security cameras that monitor the driveway, side yard, and pool areas. There are no cameras indoors.
Parking is simple with a gated driveway and additional gated side parking. The garage is used for owner storage. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and everyday essentials are all nearby for quick errands or easy meals.
As part of keeping everything beautiful, our friendly groundskeeper Joe visits two to three times a week, usually on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday between 4 PM and 7 PM. He handles landscaping, trash, and light outdoor maintenance and is typically there less than thirty minutes. He will knock before entering the backyard, although guests outside may not always hear him. Our pool service team usually visits on Wednesdays.

** Winter Pool Advisory
The pool uses solar heating that increases the water temperature by about 10 to 15 degrees above the outdoor air. During winter months this still leaves the pool too cool for comfortable swimming. Most guests choose to enjoy the fully heated spa which stays warm and relaxing year round.
