PROS: Room is great - very spacious and clean. Kitchenette is nice, coffee is there, microwave works. Check-in/out very easy. Breakfast is very nice, surprisingly (but the same every day) Location is great - 20 mins to Blvd, 15mins to Costco, and any other store, Smiths supermarket within 5 min walk. Convenient back door access with room card. Large heated pool that anyone hardly uses. Housekeeping. CONS: Beds were too soft for our taste - our backs hurt. No USB-C outlets, only USB-A. Thin walls, ceilings - neighbors seemed to complain to management about our kids being kids. Gym - very tiny, some equipment is broken. OVERALL - highly recommend for families, if they can stay quiet.

Did not stay for breakfast. Called to request early check-in the day before scheduled arrival. Was told could not be guaranteed and to call “when I’m close/landed.” Called the next morning, about two hours out from arrival. Was told by a different clerk that there was an early check-in fee, room could still not be guaranteed. Checked in early, paid the fee. Suite contained a full kitchenette but only one small trash can, in the bathroom. Room was dark, outdated. Cable tv kept dropping and fuzzing. Outdoor access was easy for smoking and/or dog business. Did not visit the indoor pool. Staff were polite. Overall facility was clean. Neighborhood is nice and close to myriad shopping and dining. Would not stay there again, though.
