Stayed at ARIA for a 2 nights and honestly it lived up to the hype. The rooms were super modern, spotless, and had an amazing view of the Strip. What really stood out was the service. We arrived early around 10 AM even though check-in officially starts at 3 PM, and they were incredibly nice about it and got us checked in right away. I also requested turndown service one night and was honestly amazed at how quickly they came to the room. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful the entire stay. The location is perfect, the pool area was relaxing, and the casino had a great vibe without feeling overwhelming. Definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed in Vegas and I’d absolutely come back.

If you book a room with a Strip view, prepare yourself for the exciting surprise of a regular city view instead. Apparently, the “Strip view” is subject to availability—even though they had no problem charging you extra for it. Impressive business strategy. If you decide to ask about it at the front desk, you’ll be invited to wait 1–2 hours and assured someone will call you back. They won’t, of course, but optimism is free. Try again a few hours later, and this time a manager may personally promise to move you to a “better” room sometime after 9 PM—because nothing says hospitality like spending your evening waiting to switch rooms. And if you mention that you also paid for early check-in at 1 PM, they’ll politely agree that it’s frustrating while reminding you they have no rooms available. Best of luck to you—and to Aria with this outstanding business model.

Clean, spacious room. Casino is nice, not too smoky or feel like a maze you get lost in. Check-in was good, but the problem is getting to your room. The lobby is on one side of the casino the guest elevators on the other. You’re forced to walk across the entire casino floor, it can be crowded and if you have lots of luggage that sucks. AND the to access the elevators you have to scan your card key before you even get in and sometimes there’s a long line to do that. It’s not cute.

We came just to see the Eagles at the Sphere and thought it would be nice to stay at a lovely hotel. The room had not been used in quite some time so it was dusty, there was mold in the shower and all the bathroom fixtures had mineral deposits on them. The hem of the sheer curtain was ripped and the floor lamp did not work. We brought cheese and crackers to enjoy in the evening before going out and there was no room in the mini fridge. If we had removed anything we would have been charged for the mini bar. In general the hotel is quite large which translates into a great deal of walking. Prices are high (2 chai lattes was $20). The kicker was that as we checked out and looked at the bill, there was a $55/night "resort fee" and a tax charge on the resort fee. So, for 3 nights, we paid an extra $188.50 over and above. We didn't use the pool (too cold) we didn't use the gym, and we didn't use the WiFi, and we paid for parking separately, so what was that extra cost for??? I won't stay there again - disappointing!

This was in my opinion 1 of the BEST stays in my 64 years. The staff was friendly, the housekeeping staff was quick and efficient and lastly, I called for a forgotten tube of toothpaste, and it was at my door with in 10 mins in this massive resort. 1 word.........EXCEPTIONAL!!!! 10 OUT OF 10!!!

UNBELIEVABLLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Where to start, from to being scammed and billed HUNDREDS of dollars in Minibar charges for things we did not consume. To management refusing to admit that their "electronic inventory system" is a complete scam with the sole intention of billing people in hopes that they do not catch it and make millions off of ghost charges a year. After multiple calls and hours wasted on the phone trying to recoup our money, still waiting for them to "check inventory" and waiting for a call back from manager "Spike Lee" or Chris the Minibar Manager. Nothing Our room not being cleaned until late in the evenings despite multiple calls throughout the day and every time I was asked to turn off the privacy button eventhough it was off the entire time. Casino was dirty with trash everywhere on Valentines weekend. I have never had this experience in years of coming to Las Vegas multiple times a year to 5 Star hotels. AVOID THE ARIA AT ALL COSTS

The room was good - the mini bar fridge wasn't working, the carpet wasn't vacuumed thoroughly. The check in process wasn't great - long line to wait and asked for an early check in and room upgrate bc we were emailed from the property we would qualify for those opportunities. The Front Desk agent put in a request to clean our room quicker. We were supposed to be on the 51st floor but then when we checked back with front desk later the other front desk agent put us on the 21st floor and the 51st room hadn't been cleaned. Confusing and no communication from the property, and we were excited for the high floor. I don't know if I would stay there based on the price and the confusing check in process. The bellmen were excellent though!
