The house was nice, clean rooms and bed with a good amount of space and nice facilities.We paid extra to have the pool and hot tub heated, however on our arrival the hot tub was cold. I messaged the contact and they sent over instructions on how to turn on the heat, it would have been nice if that was already taken care of before we arrived.Once I got the heat on the tub only warmed to 93 degrees as apparently something was not in working order. They sent out a repair person, but they didn't arrive until the last night, which meant we were only able to use the hot tub for an evening. We were reimbursed but only after being asked to still pay half of the hot tub fee as they felt we should contribute to its repair. I disagreed that it should the cost should fall on us as we didn't get to use the tub like we hoped, and I was then asked to leave a good review if I was reimbursed the total amount paid. Just felt like a weird situation.There were multiple things that were broken, none of which really affected us, but a sun umbrella outside had broken, and some of the childrens toys (again, we weren't going to be using them anyway) were also broken. Also noticed the gazebo area near the fireplace outside had much less furniture than was shown in the photos and didn't have much organization to it, again like someone had partied and things were not put back properly. Wasn't my favorite place but it was decent. Closer attention could be paid to this spot for guests.
