Amazing location

The apartment is absolutely front line, separated from the beach by a pedestrian promenade and above a furniture shop so not at all noisy. Balcony looks over the sea and we loved sitting out and enjoying incredible sunsets. The place is small and furniture basic, but that is pretty much what the listing says and it’s priced accordingly. It has everything we needed for a short break. My only concern - I’m not entirely convinced that the patio door out to the balcony was secure enough.

Great location, great host, room for improvement on WiFi

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was well designed and in a great location. Antionio was amazing and quick to help out when needed. We were working remotely and the WiFi was quite poor, as the router was not in the apartment it meant there was no connection on the balcony so our plan to work looking out at the sea wasn't possible. The noise from the downstairs renovations was very bad 8am-late and this was every day (incl weekends!). The microwave is hard to work and when we arrived the apartment was pretty dirty (not the host's fault, but the cleaners likely need to do better at cleaning the floors, dishes and fridge).

The property was ideally situated for all our needs & the owner Antonio was extremely helpful

We would recommend staying here. It has a perfect view of the beach and the ocean. Excellent access to shops and restaurants. It also has a very friendly concierge. The apartment has everything you Need and Las Palmas is a wonderful city, safe, clean and freindly.

This is the perfect location

Very nice and convenient apartment. Close to everything and has everything you need. The only problem is that the local under the apartment is being renovated. That means that from 0800 am to 1500pm, there is a lot of noise. They will be at it for another month or two at least.

Prachtige tijd mogen doorbrengen aan playa Cantaneras. Het. Appartement is netjes maar qua comfort kan het iets beter. M.n. de tweezirsbank en keukenuitrusting. Gastvrijheid en contact met Elana was goed.

Sehr zentrale / kleine Ferienwohnung

In Summe eine sehr zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung in Las Palmas mit kleinem Balkon mit direktem Meerblick. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter / Schlüsselübergabe und Rückfragen zu Parkmöglichkeiten war extrem unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung selber hat etwas Renovierungsstau aber für eine Woche mit vielen Tagesaisflügen für u s absolut ausreichend und OK 👍

En välplanerad och funktionell lägenhet. Här finns allt man kan behöva för en längre vistelse. Jag har tillbringat en månad här och längtar redan tillbaka. Allt har fungerat som det ska. Lägg därtill den tillmötesgående och vänliga personalen. Och med Paseo Canteras och havet direkt framför balkongen. Vad kan man mer begära?

Het ligt op een uitstekende locatie! Heerlijk uitkijkend over zee. Dicht bij alles in de buurt. Klein maar goed ingericht. Super lieve congierge die je met alles kan helpen indien nodig. Minpunten zijn dat het boven een locatie ligt waar ze op dat moment bezig zijn met constructie werkzaamheden en verbouwingen. We hadden dus overlast van de werkzaamheden van maandag tot en met vrijdag, ochtend tot en met avond. Niet erg rustgevend voor 3 weken. De eigenaar reageerde hier elke keer op dat er verbetering zou komen de komende dagen. Dit gebeurde natuurlijk niet.

2019 October 1st - October 8th - 30m2!!

Really unhappy about my stay as the owner "forgot" to tell me that works just under the appartment was still ongoing (they have been refurbishing a kind of bar since the beginning of the year)..., so much noise til 2pm and not so nice when you want to have a bit rest on the terrace during this time. Janitor is well aware about those works and he is in relation with the owner. I got the key from him - the only positive point as I could get in earlier 11am. So this was not really fair from the owner , he is CONSCIOUSLY hidding the truth to the guest. On the top of this, I was taking the measure of the appartment as I felt it was smaller than the description showing 38m2. And indeed the appartment is not more than 30m2 and the balcony around 3,XXm2... So really disappointed about this experience and better to avoid any booking herel!!! You have many options there and it is quite easy to find something. Bed is not very confortable, microwave old (door is blocking you have to push many times door bottom to get it back on the right position then microwave can start), TV channels connection not so good and the terrace door is not opening properly, really hard. Hope it helps.

Fantastica, sopratutto per gli amanti del mare e della spiaggia! (solo 2 o 3 piccoli problemini)

Ottima posizione, veramente a 10 metri dalla spiaggia e dalla lunga passeggiata lungo mare. Zona tranquilla e piena di buoni ristoranti. Perfetta per pochi giorni. Peccato per la camera senza finestre, ma viene ampiamente ricompensata dalla terrazza vista mare. E' vero, come ha scritto un'altro ospite precedente, che la colonna di scarico passa dietro il muro della camera da letto e quindi ogni tanto si sente il rumore, ma avendo il sonno pesante, non mi ha dato grossi problemi di disturbo. Note negative: Il rubinetto del lavandino della cucina era rotto, e aprendolo, a causa della pressione dell'acqua, esplodeva letteralmente, con il rischio di farsi male o di rompere bicchieri ed altro nel lavandino; il padrone di casa ha fornito solo un rotolo di carta igienica per 5 notti; non c'era zucchero nè caffè (capisco non sia obbligato, ma è una gesto di cortesia. Non ha senso per pochi giorni acquistare 1 kg di zucchero e di caffè). E' arredata Ikea, ma a me andava benissimo. E torno a ripetere, la vicinanza al mare ed alla spiaggia era stupenda e faceva dimenticare le note negative! Spero di ritornarci! Grazie Antonio!
