"The room was clean and staff was pleasant. The beds were uncomfortable and the breakfast was horrible. Thank goodness it was free. They started serving BF at 7 and by 7:15 there was no coffee and no oatmeal. We had to ask for it to be replaced. No cream cheese for the bagels until another customer had to ask for it. Not sure why they have a 8.2 but I have stayed in plenty of different hotels over the past couple of years and I can say I will never stay at this one again."
