The room was fantastic, clean, and the beds were comfortable! We had a great time, and our daughter had a blast. We felt comfortable and safe allowing our daughter to hang out in the dining room (where the waterfall was) and talk with her friends. We even loved the small store in the hotel, and the bar was great with great service and food! We would definitely stay here again!

Some of the stuff in the hostess chicken in the restaurant were rude and one of the waiters seemed OK and then was not paying attention to our table even after we erased our hands many times to get the check so he turned out to be rude as well and suggested that the pizza was a good option to go with and it was absolutely horrible tasting!! We usually love staying here, but this time was not so good. There were also people in the pool area that were completely rowdy and out of control and staff did nothing about it.! Things could’ve definitely been a lot better on a few other ends! Hopefully next time will be better!!!
