We really enjoyed our stay overall. The property is actually a duplex rather than a cabin, and while it’s not directly riverside, the river is very close and easy to access. We especially loved the comfortable bed and the dock area — both made our trip very relaxing.We also loved how close it was to the state park and to Gaston’s, which is an excellent restaurant and made the location even more convenient for us. We also appreciated the gated entrance and liked that the gate stayed locked when coming and going, which made the property feel more secure and private.A few small things outside could use some attention, especially around the deck area where some weed eating and cleanup would help. The chairs on the front porch also could have been cleaned up a little more.That said, we still had a great stay and enjoyed our time here very much.

This is a fisherman cabin - not a Vrbo. Large bug zapper in cabin full of dead bugs. Kitchen utensils old and sparse. Hand railing full of splinters. The cabinets were full of junk -nowhere to put our food. Way overpriced for what u get. The cabin was cozy.

Nice quiet area. Lindsey the manager was very responsive and accommodating to any needs. We initially had issue with the refrigerator cooling and she was willing to swap out refrigerators. It ended up cooling down enough for us. Appreciated the lighter so we could light the fire. Dock was nice for fishing off of. Would have been nice if washed off before arrival but they did get washed off day of check in. Cabin was clean and had what we needed. Nice size tvs and ceiling fans in both rooms. Liked not having to worry about keeping up with a key with electronic entry. We had a very nice relaxing stay. Mountain Home approx 25 minutes to lots of food and shopping options.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rivercliff! We stayed in cabin B, I’d describe it as a nice fishing cabin with all the amenities you might need. Private boat launch and dock to tie our boat up made it extra convenient. Short walk down to the river was great! Even with the river being high, Jusdon- the local guide, was able to get on some really great fishing.

The Best Little Getaway

We decided to come fish last minute on Memorial Day, and had the best time. The space was super clean and had all the amenities needed. The property manager was super sweet and they also have great boats for rent (we rented one for a day -- super easy process and very well kept). We will definitely come again! Caught 2 pretty sizeable browns right on the dock!

Private, comfortable cabin/duplex on the White River

The property was perfect for us. Quiet and comfortable. The only complaint we have is the guide boats continually going up and down the river. Some were very polite and slowed down near the dock where we fished. Others were very rude. But that is no fault of the property owner. Walt was very accommodating. A super person to work with! We look forward to returning in the fall.

Weekend fishing

Beautiful weather, quiet weekend fishing from dock and bank. Wife caught a 24 inch brown from the dock. Sunday morning, went out on boat with Justin and had a great time catching rainbows, cutthroats and brown.

We completely enjoyed our stay! For me this was a lifelong dream come true. Always wanted to fish this river. Walters place is perfect for that and more. A private dock and boat rental. Highly recommend renting a boat. Super happy with everything. Definitely will return!

fish were not biting well, river was either all up or all down, no in between and, our 7c5 degree weaher becamem 35.with 20mph wind. Oh ell, great bike riding, boat rentl as great and easy, birds everywhere ,

Great Fishing Spot!

This place is amazing and the staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable. We had such a good time that we stayed an additional night. The place gives you a feeling of seclusion while being positioned so close to resorts like Gaston's and the town of Bull Shoals. We will be back!

Highly Recommend!

The cabin was very clean and neatly set up! We were walking distance to the river where I could fish off the dock if my husband wanted to go out in the boat. The property manager on-site was wonderful! The owner was responsive to any questions we had. We will be back for sure next fall! 10 out of 10!

Bring Your Boat or Just Relax

We had a great stay. Nice area to just relax and fenced in area to let dogs go potty and run. The boat slip is within walking distance, and there is great fishing. A great dock to hang out on, clean your fish, or store the boat!!!
