The Space:

This expansive three-story home is the perfect setting for a large family reunion, offering a blend of communal and private spaces to suit everyone’s needs. The upper two floors feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a laundry room, and an open living area with magnificent views. The lower level includes two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette. This level also boasts a spacious grand living area complete with TVs, a pool table, and a foosball table. One of the home's standout features is its two outdoor decks facing the water, providing breathtaking views. On a clear day, you can even see the majestic Mt. Rainier in all its glory. This home offers everything you need for a memorable family gathering



Living Rooms

The main living area on the second floor is likely where you'll spend most of your time, enjoying spectacular ocean views from almost every angle. The open floor plan is illuminated by bright windows offering a full view of the ocean and Mount Rainier. For entertainment, head downstairs. Along with the massive 70-inch screen TV, there's a full-size pool table and foosball table to keep you occupied.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Experience the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in this thoughtfully designed multi-level home, ideal for family and friends. On the first floor, discover two inviting bedrooms (one queen, one king), a full-size futon bed in the living room, and a self-inflating queen air bed. The shared bathroom has a walk-in shower. Second floor features a cozy queen bedroom and a sofa that converts into a queen bed for extra guests. Relax in the ¾ bathroom with a soaking tub. The highlight of this home is the lofted master suite, a spacious retreat with a king bed and a separate daybed/lounge area, providing a serene space to relax. This suite also includes a working station, ideal for those who need to catch up on work, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Longbranch is located on the Key Peninsula where guests can explore the vibrant waterfront promenade, dotted with charming cafes and boutique shops.



For outdoor enthusiasts, nearby hiking trails offer opportunities for scenic walks and invigorating hikes amidst nature's beauty. A 0.3 mile from the property, you'll find the boat launch site so you can explore the magnificent waters of Puget Sound.



A grocery store, Home Country Store, is located 11-minutes by car, although more restaurants and shops can be found a few miles north and across the lake.



Downtown Tacoma is only 40 minutes away. Here, you'll find the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, the Tacoma Dome event center, and the LeMay Car Museum. From this peaceful haven, SeaTac is just an hour drive away.



Getting Around:

Exploring Longbranch and its surroundings is a breeze with a car. Our property offers ample on-site parking for multiple vehicles, and its prime location provides easy access to major roads. This ensures straightforward travel around the Key Peninsula and to nearby cities, making your adventures hassle-free.



Other Things to Note:

1. The hot water tank is a smaller size. If you're traveling with a larger group (more than 5 people), please stagger your showers to ensure everyone has access to hot water.
