The large dining table comfortably seats 8-10 guests, perfect for family dinners or game nights.
The home features two living areas—one on each floor—both equipped with Smart TVs. The main living space includes a river rock electric fireplace (no heat emitted), recliner sofas, and a high-boy card table. The office is equipped with a sit/stand desk, books, and board games.

Unauthorized guests will be charged $250 each per night. • Stays beyond 15 nights require mid-stay cleans every two weeks. Other things to note ✦This home’s water source is a well and runs on septic. Running multiple water sources inside the home at one time will greatly reduce the water pressure. Please also be mindful and only flush septic-safe toilet paper. ✦Beach Access: Guests are responsible for reading all signs and staying on public property. No trespassing onto private property. ✦We do have an optional baby gate for safety purposes for little ones up to 2 years old. However, as children grow and develop new skills, they may learn to climb or open the gate. Every child is different, so we recommend not using it if you know that your little one can bypass it to ensure safety and peace of mind!
House Rules AGE RESTRICTION Guests must be at least 28 years old to make a reservation (we reserve the right to verify IDs during the stay). All guest profiles must be listed on the reservation except minors who will be with their parent/guardian during the stay. Guest should have a positive history. Only registered guests are permitted. If the person who made the booking is underage, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund.
PARTIES/EVENTS Parties, events, illegal substances, and smoking are not allowed in or on the property. This Property is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and not suited for loud groups or parties. Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.
INDOOR Please do not wear shoes in the home, and do not eat or drink in the bedroom/beds. Please keep heaters clear of anything (minimum of three feet).
LONG TERM RESERVATION Guests are welcome to book long-term stays, but reservations must be made in segments of 28 days at a time.
MIDSTAY CLEAN Long stays (over 15 nights) require mid-stay cleans every 2weeks, and are billed to the Guest. Mid-stay clean is equivalent to the current cleaning fee.
ISSUES Notify the host immediately of any issues/damage. We reserve the right to inspect and service the Property during your stay, including, but not limited to landscaping services, etc.
QUIET HOURS Quiet hour is from 10PM to 8AM Failure to follow the rules will incur a $500 charge for the 1st violation and termination of reservation for the 2nd violation.

Fabulous deck & view!
We stayed for 4 days and we were only inside to cook and to sleep. The rest of the time we were on the deck, in the yard, or visiting the nearby parks, but mostly on the deck. It's huge, and the deck furniture is comfortable and plenty of seats for everyone. We had a fantastic view of Mt. Ranier when the clouds went away. The home provides plenty of room and furnishings for 6 adults and one 2.5 year old. Great communication with the host. Could use some coat hooks in the common areas.

This property was stunning! The view from every room was breath taking. The home was very clean, well stocked and easy to access. The host was very helpful and responded quickly.
The only thing that would of been a nice addition was darker curtains in the primary bedroom, it was quite bright in the morning. The other bedrooms were nice and dark though.

Best aspects of the property were the great room and outdoor entertainment space!! Plenty of space and conversation areas. S’mores at the fire pit were a highlight! Should note that 2 of the 4 beds available, 1 is a pull out couch the other is a Murphy bed. Both were comfortable, but it should be noted. Also only 1 bedroom is on the main level with two full baths, so guests should to be comfortable with stairs. Very well appointed kitchen and great communication with our host!

Wonderful house all around. Lane is amazing!
My family all came up to celebrate my son's 3rd birthday party and we couldn't have been happier with the home. It was clean, roomy, and the views were spectacular. We had an Easter Egg hunt in the massive front lawn, the hot tub was great under the stars, and the balcony was enjoyed for sunrises and sunsets while taking in Rainer.
10/10 would stay here again.
Can't say enough about Lane. Response times quicker than I've ever experienced. Only thing we noted was the binoculars looked damaged (we had our own, so didn't matter) and she still sent over a new pair next day.
