When we booked this hotel we chose it because it had an indoor pool which it does and it pet friendly which it was. Also the main reason for this trip was to have a room with the view of the lake which this hotel offers and I chose that type of room just to get here and find out that we aren’t allowed to have a pet friendly room with a lake view. What a bummer!

The charged me an additional $75 fot my dog, $25 resort fee and credit card processing fees. After I checked out I got 3 more fees to my credit card. So - double what I agreed to. The room was small and dirty. Breakfast was lame - yogurt and cereal. Really bad with a rude manager.
