Our first visit to a Hyatt Place and it was a great experience! The room was perfect for our family of 5. Super comfortable beds, lounge are with a nice couch and lots of extra room. Great layout and the price was just as wonderful.

We didn’t know that the place would be under construction it would have been nice to know otherwise we wouldn’t have stayed there. Also the breakfast was bad, the fruit was bad and the options were very limited with only bagels overall very bland and unappealing.

I booked here because it had a lounge and restaurant, both of which where closed for renovation and I was not notified of it. My room A/C was out and there were no maintenance personnel available so I had t move rooms after I had settled in already.
