First off, upon arriving, there is no Suite Number (it’s 137 for those checking this review). The instructions state “go to the left of the property and it’s the second door from the far left”. Why not just indicate the suite number in the instructions?We were given a code for the lock box that didn’t work. We contacted the owner. Fortunately for us, the neighbor popped out and confirmed the lock box code. He said the previous guests had the same issue. He gave us another code and we tried that and it worked. It should not be the neighbor’s job to give us the lock box code. Instead of hearing back from the owner, we got an automated text message that said “glad everything’s going well”. We did not hear back from the owner until the morning after!Upon getting into the property with the lockbox code given to us by the neighbor, we noticed the kitchen was a mess.Leftover coffee in the coffee pot, filter still in the coffee maker.Dirty, food encrusted microwaveDishes in the dishwasher (unsure if they were clean).A dirty sponge in the sink with another dirty fork.Food in the fridge.A FULL freezer of ice cube trays with an unopened container of ice cream.Dirty countertops with no paper towels to clean them if we wanted to (was not going to use the dirty sponge).Only ONE trash bag in the bottom cupboardOur son’s friend dumped a drink down the sink and it clogged.
