Great location

This cabin was in a great location! Having the lake club passes was nice too. The kitchen is stocked with essentials for cooking and the downstairs bayhroom was nice. The reasons for the 4 star review are the musty smell, the uncomfortable beds, and some electrical problems with the front porch light and kitchen lights.

Summer Getaway

Great neighborhood. The 4 passes to the Lake Club were just enough for my family. A little rustic, especially the cookware, but overall it's what would be expected for the price. The owner was responsive and even checked on us after check-in. I would 100% return my next time going to Lake Harmony

The property was clean, quiet, and relaxing community with close parking. All amenities were within walking distance or a short drive. Many activities to do. The local people were very friendly and helpful. Great local restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Great anticipation, but disappointed

We were looking forward to our first time experience in the Poconos for the summer, however upon our arrival, we were extremely frustrated and stressed since the air conditioner didn’t work in the two bedrooms and the heater was on and we were not able to control the thermostat and had no choice, but to sleep In the livingroom on pull out sleeper (not comfortable) and luckily we brought a blow up mattress just in case. The owner was quick to respond back and sent a technician out right away and was told the company was really good. The technician came out right away and replaced the thermostat. (Still not fixed) He came out second time and replaced thermostat and said it was fixed and the heat was shut off. Not the case because the heat came back on and disrupted our sleep for a second night! The owner did offer to come out and replace thermostat on their own, however we chose not to deal with it and wanted to enjoy the rest of our stay . It was cooler outside, however there were not a lot of screens in the condo to allow fresh air in. If your door is open, be prepared for the 6:20 am dumpster arrival which wakes you up from a dead sleep! Also disappointed to not be informed ahead of time that the lake was not accessible and that the dam was not released and that the levels were low and no swimming allowed. Could not even put our feet in water! Overall, at least offer a discount or partial refund for our aggravation and inconvenience. It should have been offered. Very disappointed in our stay. Glad to be home now.

Perfect getaway

The townhouse was a perfect getaway for us! Easy access to many attractions in the area. Unfortunately the water levels at Boulder Lake were low due to repairs at a dam, but we were able to use the pool.

Great getaway to the Poconos

This property exceeded my expectations with exceptional views. Inside was so fitting for our getaway as it was spacious bedrooms were comfortable and the living room was perfect for relaxing, as we talked, laughed in front of a warm fire. We loved how close it was to restaurants also to the mountains to ski daily. Very happy with our stay as we will definitely be renting this house again soon.

Cute townhouse

Very cute house. We enjoyed our weekend here. Spent the day at Jim Thorpe which was about 20 minutes away then grilled and used the fireplace at night. I would recommend!

Great time!

The property was nice and as listed. It was a very quiet and laid back getaway for the weekend. Beautiful time of year to be in the Poconos. The owner is great and responded to my questions very quickly. Restaurants are within minutes! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location, that's about it

Initially was really looking forward to this trip. Was celebrating an anniversary and reached out to the property manger a month before about early check-in.. they confirmed an earlier time. Less than 24hrs before check-in time, I was messaged that it was no longer available early and had to wait about 4 more hours than promised. The accommodations were a bit old and dated... it smelled musty and moldy. One shower wasn't completely cleaned (human hair still present). Won't be returning.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful restful stay. The home was as described but unfortunately the weather was uncooperative. Even so, we drove into Jim Thorpe and enjoyed the town as well as many good restaurants in the area. We would return in a heartbeat.
