We love Holiday Inn everything was great as far as hotel. I was a little annoyed at checking in as the woman at check-in was more interested in having a conversation with another co worker than acknowledging my presence. I think it would be more professional if she had stopped her convo to at least greet me. Also hollering loudly to the back to continue a separate conversation regarding an upcoming fire drill that was misdated. It was just a weird experience. Everything else is awesome! Especially the woman in charge of the breakfast, she keeps it clean and stocked and is friendly and courteous!
