Nice and clean room good location for the lake . Easy contactless check in. Would have gave 5 stars if there was better lighting in parking area. There is one motion activated light but does not light the parking area only the first handicap spot.

The room was newly renovated and very clean. Very quiet location. The one thing that would be nice is to have cable for the tv. Not sure if that is possible in the area.

South Shore Motel was ideal for us for a night stopover on our road trip. Our room was obviously refurbished recently and was smart and spotless. The remote check in would have been smooth if we had been given the correct door code, but this was corrected when I rang them.

Good option for a short overnight on the way through. Room is very small - (no options to sit inside other than the bed) but clean, modern and quiet with a comfortable bed. Easy check in process. Good restaurants within easy walking distance.

What a great stay we had while our young nephew was attending hockey camp at Lake Cowichan Rec centre. We were very grateful for the very early arrival we were gifted as we had to be at the first hockey practice so early in the morning. Thank you! The suite was lovely and perfect for what we needed accommodations for. Nice private bedroom, comfortable pullout bed in the living room area for our nephew. The kitchen facilities and bathroom areas had everything we needed. So nice and quiet, very safe environment, good parking, walkable to the rec centre, very nice renovations and sparkling clean. Thank you for everything. We would certainly return and would highly recommend South Shore Motel to others.
