Everything was dirty. The shower curtain had black stains, coffee maker had crusty residue in it, and the microwave had food smudges on it, but the worst was the linens on bed. They were completely soiled with numerous stains, a long hair, bedbug droppings smears and a smushed bug in the sheets. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were pretty much empty. I did talk to an employee and the nicest person at the front desk was extremely apologetic and found a new room for me. The new room was decently clean. We were just ready to go.
