AMAZING RAISED RANCH 3 BEDROOM LOWER UNIT IN HISTORIC LASALLE NEIGHBORHOOD.
A HOME AWAY FROM HOME.
This unit can easily accommodate 6 or more if need be with 3 queen size bed, extra air mattresses provided as well. A brown leather Furniture couch in the living room with Dimplex Fireplace and a 55 inch Television for your entertainment needs.
This is a 1500 sq ft. Lower ranch, 3 Bedroom, spacious living room and kitchen, bath located in Farralle avenue in the Historic District of Lasalle, Ontario, across from the Ojibway Nature Centre and Seven Lakes Championship Golf & Estates, just not far from Ambassador bridge.
The Master Bedroom is a fully furnished private bedroom with super comfortable queen size Posture-Pedic Mattress bed (super snuggly linens/sheets, lots of pillows, and plush towels provided), mirrored dresser along with tons of walk-in closet space. .
The Second Bedroom which is just off the living room also has a Posture-Pedic mattress along with comfortably soft sheets and lots of pillows as well. Plenty of closet space and the full bathroom is only a few steps away around the kitchen corner.
The third Bedroom has mattress with a topper along with comfortably soft sheets and lots of pillows as well. Designed in pine furniture with traditional fan over head its one of our guests favorite spots
The linen closet has spare towels, medical kit, blankets and and a single size air mattress, for additional backup sleep options as well.
The unit also has a HE (High Efficiency) washer and dryer in the laundry room across from the first bathroom with basic laundry supplies also provided.
The modern kitchen is very well stocked with chef-quality culinary equipment and appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, electric ceramic glass top stove, butcher block cutting counter and pantry.
This is a truly fully furnished home and kitchen....Stocked with Pots, Pans, Plates, Knives-Forks-Spoons, Serving Utensils, Etc...
The unit privileges include internet access as well. Keruig Coffee Maker is in the kitchen and a single serve coffee machine is available in the Master Bedroom and ready for use.

Large unit with plenty of space and beds were comfortable. Able to use washer and dryer but needed to purchase detergent as none provided. Some lack of communication re: check in but did go to house door and were greeted and shown facility and given keys. Communication with owner was good and did check in daily. Kitchen sink plumbing and tap need attention which owner was aware of. We were able to wash the towels provided as there were only one set each. Was recently a long term rental and does need some upkeep which owner pointed out initially. Will be nice once that is attended to. Good parking area and quiet neighborhood.

Great attentive host and clean spacious accommodations
We were able to check in early. The host was in constant communication with me to make sure everything was fine with our stay. There was an issue with the dishwasher, but our host collected the dishes, washed them and returned them in a timely manner. The property is beautiful. The bedrooms are very spacious. The bathroom is spacious and there were toiletries available in case we forgot something. There is a large living room with a fireplace. The kitchen is big and stocked with pots, pans, supplies, and seasonings.Possible guests need to remember that there is a family living in the home above the accommodations. This did not bother my family.Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this place and would stay again in the future!
