The room was clean, as was the hallway and lobby. I wanted an extra pillow and after I called down for one they were at my door within minutes. The location of the hotel is central to evetything.

Staff was great. There was this young lady who could speak Tamil，malay, English and chinese. 1st floor rooms suck. I swaped 3 rooms on the 1st floor before settling on the 4th room on the 2nd floor. 1st room had cigarette smell Wifi also didn't really work well. Took time to connect or had blind connection spots 2nd room had store room smell 3rd room had damp cloth smellnkroom

Great for business travelers to Kulim Hi-Tech Park

Basic but acceptable hotel within range of the Kulim Hi-tech industrial park. It lacks a cafe / dining resources, but has eateries / street side burger stand outside. No decent breakfast in the area for business travelers needing a bite before heading to work.

Location of hotel is within reach to eateries and places that we wanted to go. Car park area is conveniently located. Reception, check-in and check-out formalities were smooth. Room was fine. But no breakfast. Will visit again during our next visit to Kulim.

I like the location and the general area. A bit disappointed this time around (i am a regular patron there), as there were ants in the room and on the bed. Bedding and towel also had a musky odor/smell, very unpleasant. I think it wasn't changed after the last customer.
