Disappointing Service Despite Great Location
We requested twin beds upon check-in, and although the receptionist initially said she would check, she quickly told us none were available—without actually checking. We asked if the sofa in the room could be made up as a bed, and she said we’d have to do it ourselves, though they could provide extra bedding.
Unfortunately, the phone in our room wasn’t working, so we had to go down to request the bedding in person. We were told they didn’t have any at the moment but would check with housekeeping. Eventually, housekeeping left a single bedsheet in the room. I had to go back down again to ask for more, at which point the receptionist apologized and gave me a blanket.
The shower water was lukewarm at best, and when we inquired, we were told it's due to being on a higher floor—it just takes longer to heat up.
Finally, since we had an early departure and wouldn’t make breakfast, we asked if breakfast boxes could be arranged. Without any effort or apology, the answer was simply no.
The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, but unfortunately, the service we received was far below expectations.
