My stay was alright. There was a Tennessee game so the room prices were quite high. The room had a strange smell but was otherwise clean. The common areas were updated and clean, but overall the property is average. The surrounding area has plenty of fast food and other amenities which was appreciated. I ended up paying around $350 for 1 night here. This is nowhere near a $350 per night hotel, so I was a bit disappointed with the accommodations. I’d only recommend if there aren’t many other options.

I was very impressed with the level of accommodations for me and my dog. This was the first time I’ve ever traveled with my pet, and Holiday Inn express made us very comfortable, especially for a dog with high anxiety.

Everything was wonderful including the Dove shampoo and conditioner I was very relaxed. They only thing was the down stairs had a funny smell and I had to hold my breath.

Staff told my wife the hotel was full and would not honor our Expedia reservation. They later denied this and refused my refund. All this from Expedia even though I used them to get her another room just down the road 10 minutes later. Very disappointed long term customer of both.
