It was dirty, there was a domestic dispute next door middle of the night, traffic was loud outside, and then barely any water pressure and zero hot water the second day of our stay. It was like camping

Last time I stayed was better. Wont stay again. Could smell pot in the hall. The hotel had hardly anyone staying they put next to a couple with a child you yeild and screamed till midnight. I had to be up at 5 for a surgery. Never again.

The room was fine. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant. Lobby was clean. Our only concern was that it appeared since the weather was FREEZING outside there were several street people staying in the motel. Several appeared to be under the influence. We stayed in our room for the evening.

Hotel is old and worn down. The whole place is dark and smells musty/mildewy. Ceilings/walls are peeling. Walls are paper thin. Lots of noise from outside as well as being able to hear neighbors.

Hotel was not very clean, dirt on the floor in hallways, elevator, room, bathroom, etc. Shower faucet was broken, stains. Missing light shades, lights not working. Moldy card in room, two conditioners. It was not what I was expecting based on the reviews before staying. There doesn't seem to be any car for the hotel not to mentioned maintenance of the hotel. Fitness center needs cleaning and maintaining, broken bathroom outside the fitness center, stains, halwall carpet has bumbs, etc.

Front desk employee was courteous. The room and hotel could use some updating. Just looking at the door to our room made me feel insecure. The light on the elevator door didn't work so made me uneasy as to whether the elevator even worked, but it did. The room temperature was comfortable as well as the bed, surprisingly. Did not see one cleaning cart in the hall when leaving, which is unusual for most hotels.
