There are 2 steps up onto the front porch, and 15 steps up to the 2nd level where the apartment is located, at the far end of the hall. **There are train tracks a block away. We've not received complaints from guests, but a sound machine is provided for guest use, if needed. There are also some great 8-10 hour sleep sounds available to play on your phone from the YouTube app that may better suit your tastes. **Angled ceilings are a part of the anatomy of this space. If this would prove to be an issue for you, this apartment may not be the best fit. **This property is located in a safe, quiet, "regular Joe" working class neighborhood. **There is a ditch along the street front portion of the property. Watch your step! **No pets or animals allowed, No smoking of any kind permitted and No parties or gatherings. **There is no paid cable or paid streaming app service for TV viewing. You will need to log in to your own streaming app subscriptions to watch television. There are also some free viewing options in the menu.
