Great spot, next to Walmart. We got there and there were about a dozen hockey families using the lobby as a party hall and kids running amok - not a complaint but it took me a minute to catch my bearings and find the front office staff that was running around. The stay was great, the staff was great, the place is clean and parking is good - will come back if I am passing by this town.

Kids hockey team were on our floor. There was no available rooms to switch us. They were told multi times to be quiet and they didnt listen. Kids had thier hockey nets set up in front of our door and were screaming. One kid smoked thier head off our door and was crying. This was all happening at 930 pm. Woke up to garbage all down the hallway and chips/food everywhere. I had to be up early for a flight.

Property has been renovated and everything is fresh and fairly new. The only down side was the pool that was not very well kept (the filtration system was not working during our stay) and the hot tub which was out of service. Still a great place for the area!

My family stayed in the Kingston area for three nights, each night at a different hotel. Without a doubt, Hampton Inn by Hilton Napanee was the best of them all—I truly wish we had stayed there for all three nights. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We all slept very well and felt completely rested. The spacious and well-organized dining area was another highlight. Even though we checked in around 9 PM, the dining area was still fully open, offering hot water, coffee, and other refreshments—very convenient and appreciated. The breakfast offered a lot of options. Very nice. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Now that I’ve experienced the difference, I’ll definitely choose this hotel again the next time I’m in the area.
