We have been getting together every summer for about 10 years now and this was our favorite stay of any place to date! Clean, everything worked, location was fantastic!

This house was incredible!! The view was amazing. It had everything we needed and more. We spent most of our time relaxing in the hot tub and pool and absolutely loved it. We will definitely return to this gorgeous house in the future.

Home was absolutely beautiful and huge for our large family group, grandkids got to fish and played in the hot tub and did some cold plunges.

The house was fabulous. There was ample space for our 13 guests and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and dining room had all you needed for a large group. The view from the pool was gorgeous and the large hot tub made outside entertainment fabulous. The extra dock area was perfect for late night entertaining. This is a great house.

Great location!!

We had plenty of room for all 20 of us and a great location on the water for our boat & jet skis. The property manager was prompt and easy to communicate.

The house and property was very clean well stocked with beautiful amenities. All appliances and furnishings seemed brand new.There were 20 family members, including a baby and a toddler. Our only challenge was the Internet and phone service. We were given a Bluetooth, but it really didn’t work well. I understand that the supplier was having difficulties.

Beautiful property! The house was amazing and had everything we needed. And it was the perfect location on the river. So much to do that all the teens and adults loved. Not much in the area but that was fine for us bc the purpose was to enjoy the water and the house.

The house is great, even better than the photos. It was perfect for our group plus super clean and great condition. Home layout was convenient for our family. The amenities were perfect; pool gameroom, well appointed kitchen, kayaks, paddle boards were just some of the luxuries. They thought of everything. Plus, the management team was outstanding and replied immediately to any of my questions. 10 out of 10 for the home, host and amenities.

Our group of 15—ranging in age from 2 to 85—had a great stay. The house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is well-stocked for preparing meals for a large crowd. The playroom was useful during a rainy afternoon, as everyone enjoyed the air hockey, shuffleboard, and Jumbo 4-in-a-Row game. The pool worked well for our family too; it has a shallow sun shelf where the toddlers could safely play.We had a minor issue at check-in because the cleaning crew forgot a few things. However, Crystal at HSB was extremely helpful and had the issue resolved within hours! We recommend this property for multi-generational family trips.Tip for future renters: The property sits on the Colorado arm of Lake LBJ, and the water level at the dock was low during our visit. Take extra care when backing a boat out to prevent bottoming out.

Wonderful Family Vacation!!!

This beautiful home has it all…large home with lots of room for families, awesome pool, and right on the water! We had our entire family, including grown children and grandchildren of all ages, and the room set up was perfect. We’ve stayed in many large homes with our family before, and this was by far the best setup, with kings and bunks in most of the bedrooms for families with young kids. They also had a huge bunk room for the teenage boys, and an incredible master bedroom. The kitchen was incredible and well stocked with anything you could possible need and then some, and the outdoor kitchen was awesome. This home has everything you need and more, and the management was the best! Their communication leading up to, during, and after our stay was on point. Thank you for the most wonderful family vacation!!! We will definitley be back!!!

We enjoyed this house for a family reunion. 5 families with a total of 12 kids ranging in age from 1 yr to 16 yrs. There were lots of outdoor activities for everyone. It was a 5 star house in all aspects. We look forward to returning next year!

This was a great place for our annual family gathering. The house easily accommodated our party of 19. All the beds were comfortable, as was all the furniture. All the TV's worked properly and had any app you might want to watch your programming if you didn't want to be outdoors. The pool was great. The kids enjoyed paddling around on the two kayaks around the boat dock as well as the air hockey table in the game (which also worked, which isn't always the case at these houses). Plenty of dishes and silverware are provided, although it was a minor disappointment that no sponges or dish brush was available to help clean up the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. Having two ovens was a great convenience. One thing regarding the approach to the boat lift - last year the Llano flooded (we were there and saw it firsthand) and apparently dumped a bunch of sand/silt in front of this area resulting in the last 20 yards to the boat lift being pretty shallow, for the most part 2-3 feet deep. For a very short period it was only 1.5 feet deep. We were able to get over it with no problem by trimming up the lower unit. We never had to get out and push but did exercise a great deal of caution as we came in. Once you get past that 20 yards the depth drops off and you are able to go at your pleasure. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely rent this place again.
