Another great stay!

The house is beautiful and spacious! This was our second stay because everyone wanted to return for the slide and beautiful view. The house is located close to everything you’d need in town.

Best vaca home ever!

We could not be more pleased with this rental home.The cleanliness, room for entire family, location, pool and dock for our boat as well as access to paddle boards, ping pong table and super great washer and drier. It’s the BEST!

We did all agree , that in our 47th consecutive year of “ Old Friends Week”; this was one of our better properties. It was well managed and quickly responsive to questions. Hope to have a larger group next year and rent the adjoining house.

We have stayed at Waterhouse twice now, and have enjoyed every single minute. The owner is very responsive to all of our needs and questions. This is probably the best vacation house that our family has stayed in. The beds are soooo comfortable, the kitchen is stocked for a chef, and there is plenty of everything you could ever need to make your stay homey. And the lake is wonderful too. We hope to keep coming back year after year.

Great property

Really a great relaxing time. Everything was fresh and comfortable. All of the rooms have their own bathroom which was nice for all of the guests.

This house is amazing!!! The check in & out is very smooth. If you have any questions, you will have a response soon. The kitchen is well supplied with appliances, utensils & glassware. The pool views are great & so relaxing. There is lots of room for everyone to spread out & a video games upstairs for the teens!!

Family Lake Fun

We loved our stay at Waterhouse 1. It was perfect for family of 13! They have everything you need for a great time! The hosts were easy to contact and responded very quickly to our needs. We will definitely go back!

Perfection

Excellent home for a large family group of all ages. Everyone had room to spread out and all the baths helped alot. The pool was perfect and we utilized the pier and slide. The living area needed another sofa but other than that it was perfect.

Life is better at this lake house!!

Perfect place for a lake getaway, this property has it all! Beautiful home, spacious outdoor area with shade. Amazing pool and spa with gorgeous lake views. 2024 cousin reunion

Family of 9 adults and 9 kids (under age of 12). Enjoyed the pool and dock. Perfect for fishing and boating. All the older kids loved the slide. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. All praises, no complaints. Thank you

Waterhouse 1

This house was everything it said it was! Awesome views, great pool/outdoor area, close to HEB great layout for large groups. The kitchen was stocked well and the 2 fridges and ovens are def a plus. We had 2 littles under 2 and it was perfect for them as well. Some of our group went to Fredericksburg and Luchenbach which weren’t far away. We had a glitch w the Sonos and they had someone there in 30 minutes! Never had such quick response ever! Overall one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at!

Excelente property !

We all enjoyed our stay very much. There was room for all and loved having a full bathroom per bedroom. The property is practically new and was well furnished. There were minor items that I worried about, like some of the dining room chairs need some up keep, they were wobbly. Also some WD-40 would do nicely for some squeaky doors. One word of advice to renters, the house offers several items for young children such as high chairs and playbacks which is wonderful if you don’t take your own, however the pool and lake are very accessible to everyone staying in the house and doors leading to the back yard very easy to open. Just make sure you are always keeping both eyes on your little ones. Otherwise everything is beautiful.

2024v Eclipse

We made arrangements waaaaay back in Oct/Nov 2022 for this stay - so that we could be under the path of totality for the 2024 eclipse. I had friends/family flying in, driving in from the west coast, east coast, gulf coast. It could have been a very high risk venture - if the host was anything other than accurate in the representation of the home. However, the Host was in fact very helpful waaaaay back then at initial deposit and stayed helpful right up to the day of check-in. The home was nicely furnished, quality cutlery, plates, dishes, kitchen equipment. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows and bathrooms were clean. The location on the river was very scenic. The onsite pool and spa seemed nice, but we never used them given the early season (1st wk of April). The weather was dicey, but cleared on the day of the eclipse and we had a very incredible view and an awesome family vacation.

Best vacation EVER

My family of 15 stayed at Waterhouse Residence I from June 22-27, and we could have not been more pleased with the outcome of our vacation. We have used VRBO many times over the years, and this year, the vacation rental was simply “perfection.” The home was HUGE, with lots of space for everyone to spread out. The infinity pool was awesome. As well as the spa. The home was tastefully decorated, had a bathroom for every suite, contained “high end” appliances, tons of cookware, and dishes/glassware for adults and children. We wanted for nothing. Due to the heatwave, I was a bit concerned before we arrived, about the A/C. I didn’t need to worry, as the air conditioners work GREAT! The boat dock was exactly what we needed, and the water slide and paddle boards were a big hit with the kids. The house has plenty of life jackets. The lake was a “constant level” lake and VERY CLEAN. I have nothing bad to say about the house. Like I said, it was perfect. Upon arrival, I had a few questions, and Bradley addressed those promptly. I just look forward to coming back often.

Most wonderful multi-household accomodations!

This house is awesome! It had the perfect set up for our families. It is such a big deal that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. When they said the kitchen was fully equipped, they meant it! We absolutely LOVED having a pool as well as the lake, and the upper dock was a dream to go sit mornings & evenings. ALSO, the contact person, Brad, was terrific!

Kramer Annual Vacation

We were 14 adults, 1 teen, and 1 10 year old. The house was great as far as enough beds and bedrooms so people could have privacy. The bunk room was perfect and extremely safe and durable. (some are really weak and wobbly) Beautiful living area overlooking the water with very workable kitchen. The 2 refrigerators are great. The beverage frig was not working due to compressor failure and waiting on a part but it was not needed. The pool, spa and porch were used alot and totally perfect for our group. The spa had a problem and we called Bradley and it was taken care of right away. The slide was a hit with all ages; the paddle boards worked best for all when the water was not wavy and the sea-do we rented was another great investment. Fishing was not great but they had a good time trying. The ping pong was not as appealing since it was very hot outside and bugs kept coming in when the garage door was open. If the weather had been cooler it would have used more. The only things that could be improved upon would be to have the house rules printed out like the wifi and other rules; have the thermostat temperatures listed near them would help also. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our family vacation. We will be coming back. Thank you Waterhouse ! The Kramer Clan.
