The guy at the front desk was very rude and argued with me for 10 minutes even tho i showed him the reservations and I Showed them it 3 times very stressful and we reserved a smoking room with 2 queen bed and the gave us 1 bed and it had bed bugs and the paint on the doors was coming off very bad experience
