Traveled with family and small children
Ours was a last-minute booking due another property cancelling our reservation the day before our trip. We were only in town for 2 nights. (I have taken their short prep-time into consideration.) Owners responded to my concerns quickly and assured me that the safety concerns I brought to their attention would be addressed immediately following our departure. -Large backyard playground (not included in listing or photos) was in need of repairs (TaskRabbit contractor had cancelled.) -Smoke detectors were either missing completely, or batteries had been removed rendering them inoperable. -Broken bedframe in one of the bedrooms. -Wide gap between stair balusters potentially unsafe for small children. -Portable AC units in two bedrooms upstairs needed filters cleaned or replaced. Also note: Their required (refundable) security deposit is outrageous IMHO. Review submitted after our security deposit was refunded.
