Prime location - Dated unit
Checkin was easy because we are owners at Ekahi village and shared a car with family at our unit, so we didn’t need to go to the PM companies office for check in. The location of this unit doesn’t get much better. Very close to the pool and beach. That is the positves of this unit. The negatives are fairly long. Unit is dated and has a ton of differed maintenance that needs to be handled. Shower head is coming out of the wall, water getting all over the bathroom floor, no trash can in bathroom. The carpets are extremely dirty with stains everywhere. Would be wise to ditch the carpet all together. Kitchen is dated and could use a minor upgrade but it’s functional. The coffee table has nails sticking out of it that tore into my foot one day. The interior could benefit from a paint job as well. I’ve been in the STR industry for the last 10 years, either the owners don’t want to put money into their unit, or the management company is not addressing the issues with the owners. Either way, it’s sad to see the condition of this unit at Ekahi village. We’ve stayed in much nicer units for a similar price.

The condo itself could use an update, but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable! Super glad it had A/C throughout, as not all of the Ekahi condos do. Excellent location on the property as well, right across from the main pool pavilion.

The property was beautiful as advertised. Our unit said newly updated which wasn’t the case at all. It was very clean and comfortable but in no means updated. The location and pool/beach access was perfect. Parking was great, great shopping close by.
