Camine hasta el mundialmente conocido Kamaole lll Beach Park, perfecto para nadar, bucear y disfrutar de hermosas puestas de sol.
Vistas panorámicas del océano desde tu lanai. Este espacioso condominio fue remodelado recientemente con azulejos nuevos, pisos laminados, cabinas de ducha con ducha doble en baño principal. El azulejo tiene un mosaico especial de vidrio. El condominio fue recientemente pintado en todas partes.
Split A / C en todas las habitaciones! ! ! Somos uno de los pocos condominios que tiene esta característica.

Nos esforzamos constantemente por mejorar las comodidades y el mobiliario para que su estadía en este hermoso condominio sea un viaje memorable a las islas de Maui.

Esta unidad es silenciosa y está a solo 15 pies de los ascensores a su puerta principal. No subir esas escaleras. Estamos aproximadamente a 300 pies de las olas rompientes y a 125 pies de las fabulosas piscinas.

Fantastique in every way. Well stocked with beach items (chairs, towels, snorkel) well stocked big kitchen with utensils (no pizza cutter however lol) plenty of fans and air conditioning. Great high floor with views. Close to pool and beach. Parking right out front.

We had the best stay at Susan’s place! First off, it is absolutely beautiful and spotless! She provides more than you can ask for. Coolers, beach chairs, ice packs, etc, were all there and available to use. The condo is within walking distance to most everything…beaches, food trucks, restaurants, you name it. We wanted to extend our stay for a late check out, and she was very quick to respond, and the late check out made our last day so much more relaxing. I would definitely stay here again. The grounds are amazing, the pool is beautiful, parking was easy and right by the room. There was not a single thing to complain about. Everything from check in to check out was easy and we loved Susan’s place!

Amazing Place

Such a beautiful place. One block from one of the nicest beaches in Maui. The property was very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms are renovated and beautiful! Very homely feeling. The property is nice the pool is a nice way to relax after a beach day. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting something close to the beach and town. Susan was excellent with her communication. We had one minor internet issues and she came over right away and fixed it.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and immaculately clean condo! The space was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, making our vacation completely stress-free. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the beach… absolutely stunning and the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this rental and would love to return!

Lovely Kitchen

This condo unit has a large, remodeled modern kitchen with everything you need. The island is huge! The view from the lanai of ocean one way and mountains the other is amazing. The property manager is easy to contact and is attentive to concerns or needs.

Great Stay at Kamaole Sands!

Me and my family had a great time staying at at this place. We had a great view of the water and had a great kitchen and seating area to have dinner time. Also me and my family really appreciated the beach chairs provided at the place. The owner Susan was also very responsive to any of my questions in a quick manner. I would defintley want to book again.

Susan the property owner is awesome to work with. Very clear communication and gets back to you in a timely manner. The unit is very clean and the air conditioning works perfectly. Plenty of beach towels, chairs and umbrella to take to the beach. This is the second time we stayed in until 1-404 and will stay there again

First of all this condo has to be the best one we’ve stayed at over the years coming to Maui with our young family. This place is absolutely beautiful with a great location and even better owner! Great Family Getaway

Our family from Oahu was able to book a last minute stay for Spring Break and Susan’s unit at Kamaole Sands was perfect! We had all the comforts of home while being able to play tourist in beautiful Maui. We spent days at Big Beach, walked to many local eateries, drove to upcountry Makawao and Kula and just relaxed at the pool. Susan was super responsive and can’t wait to book with her again soon. MAHALO for a wonderful stay!

Great location

Great location. Great view from the balcony. We only stayed one night so didn’t get to use any of the items like the chairs and such but it seemed to have everything we would need. Place was clean but the comforter in the downstairs rooms smelled musty. The loft room and bathroom is bigger than the downstairs room but we let our daughter stay in the loft because we didn’t want to lug our luggage up those little stairs for one night. The balconies are really close together. The pool looked decent but we didn’t have a chance to use it. Great that there is a garbage shoot on the second floor. There are tennis courts as well, and a gentleman was doing lessons. He saw my 9 year old watching and asked if she wanted to try so she got to go try it out for $10 for 30 mins and got a little gift after. She was really happy to do that. Overall, I think the price for one night was wayyyy too much. The place smelled a bit musty. But… the location is hard to beat. The beach is across the street and you can walk to most of the shops/restaurants. There was some miscommunication because I couldn’t send or see messages on the VRBO app from the other side of the island, but otherwise I had no problems with the owner.

Great property=Great holiday

This is absolutely a great property in an excellent location. The condo is very roomy and open with very nice updates all around. The property itself is very nice with excellent amenities which we fully enjoyed. Location is great, across the street from a nice uncrowded beach, along a business street full of local shops & eateries. The owner, Susan, is great very professional and excellent at communicating upfront expectations and helpful insight. This made our family's Christmas holiday a joy.

Peaceful, convenient and calming

We loved our stay here: the beautiful view off the balcony especially at sunset, the convenience of having everything we needed to cook (as eating out gets pricey in Hawaii), plus having the beach just a few steps away. Grateful for how thoughtful host has been about making everything seamless and easy, down to the paper plates and ziplock bags available. We loved all the beach gear!!! Saved us so much money- costs like 99 to rent just snorkel gear. I looked at a lot of different condos in this same Kamaole Sands complex, but I’m glad we picked this one. Being the first building makes for easy trips to beach, parking, pool, etc. Only thing that could have made the stay nicer would be having shampoo and conditioner available.

Thanksgiving in Maui

My husband and I had a relaxing time in Maui with our two girls over the weekend. The place was pretty clean, quiet and big enough where we didn’t feel cramp. We spent most of our time out exploring the island and location wasn’t to far of a distance from Wailea area. Susan is also very responsive to my questions and the whole check-in process was quick. We will be doing another staycation to Maui in the near future as Oahu is only a short flight away.

Perfect South Shore Location

This is a great property. Nice grounds, large pool area and greenbelt, seems like every unit has a view. This particular one was great, top floor with ocean view, awesome brand new remodeled kitchen with large island for the whole family to sit around and hang out. Property is right acros the screet from Kam III which is an ideal snorkel or beach-combing spot. Highly recommend, would definitely rent this unit again. Interaction with the owners was easy and great, thanks to all!
