Ma'alaea Surf, Unit G4 is a conveniently located ground floor unit, just steps away from the large pool. This warm luxurious unit features a recently upgraded fully furnished kitchen, large master suite with King size bed and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. This condo features everything including central AC, Wi-Fi, TV, 2 outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, convenient parking, BBQ areas and washer/dryers onsite located in guest laundry rooms on property.

Enjoy ocean front outdoor living on your large private patio (lanai) with enough seating for four. The beautiful beaches fronting the property offers not only spectacular views but also outstanding swimming, snorkeling and kayaking and are perfect for leisurely walks or jogging. The maximum occupancy in this unit is 4. All units at the Maalaea Surf are non-smoking.

Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone. Limited housekeeping is available.
