This place was very charming and the owner was easy to communicate with and was so nice.The futon pulls out and it turns into an additional queen bed, The AC is ice cold and it has everything you need and everything works. We truly had a great time. The place is very quiet and in the back of the structure off the street with a private back patio so very private and secluded. We slept great and i would highly recomend this place as you feel like a local here

This is a lovely property in a quiet, quaint residential neighborhood. Easy walking distance to many Key West attractions. This is a small place, but perfect just for sleeping and getting ready to explore. The host was helpful and responded quickly.

Ac is sufficient. Kitchen is what you need it to be. Bathroom and shower are what you need them to be. Location is great for being away from the hustle and bustle when you want to be, but close enough for an impromptu turtle trip at midnight!

Host was excellent with communications, sincere and really made an effort with keeping us informed every step of our stay. 10/10 The rental wasn’t just for us. It’s so small. The bathroom was painfully small. The bathroom was of concern for us. The toilet area of 25” wall to wall. My husband couldn’t use & had to walk to service station. Highly disappointing! Shower was also very small measuring 24”x35” in diameter. There were no shelves to place toiletries. The area between the sink and wall to toilet is tight at only 18”. The bed, queen, is placed between two walls that doesn’t allow no room to walk around so one must crawl on & off bed. This was so annoying. Parking is nonexistent. There’s only street parking and availability is minimal. When carrying groceries, or luggage, it’s inconvenient to the max! There is a small courtyard out back and that is nice. I’d say this rental is for college kids who’s use to dorm life. Highly recommend anyone over 50 to seek other places or anyone who has mobility issues or of larger stature. I do believe it’s a good rental just not for us. Host tries to accommodate and neighborhood is great. Sandy’s has the BEST coffee and a very short walk. Streets are narrow enough to be more less one way due to parking on both sides. Rarely can two vehicles fit. I mentioned some improvements, took photos and sent to host. She’s awesome and wished I’d met her. Our stay was memorable.

The value for Key West was excellent. We stayed 5 nights for what our friends paid for 1. It's older, but that is a lot of the charm. Staying in the neighborhood was a completely different vibe. We were able to walk to everywhere, including a great grocery store and we walked to Mass at a beautful Catholic basilica. We had a flight change and host was extremely flexible. Communication was extremely quick. Duval St. was a quick easy walk which saved so much on Ubers. We would definitely stay here again.

Our VRBO Stay in Key West

The overall impression of this property was it was cute and satisfied our needs. There were a few minor things that should be corrected, but nothing that was outrageous. Our hostess was amazing and communication with her was great!

We really enjoyed our stay..the little guest house was cute and exactly what it advertised. The bed could have been a little softer and a little more cleaning in the unit wouldnt hurt either..the only other thing, is there was not enough bike parking. Overall everything was good, location, noise, food etc.

This was the cutest apartment! Not sure what all the comments were about regarding the bathroom. I found the shower water hot the bathroom was plenty spacious and I applied my makeup at the sink. Plenty of room. The kitchen is well equipped. My only suggestion if you do not like a firm mattress bring or buy a pillow topper. Also, I had no problem getting in and out of the bed. This apt is located behind and attached to another home which is very typical. My friends owned a home behind but not attached 3 houses down from our rental. We had no problem parking. I was very Leary given the price and was amazed on what I found.
