Disappointed with the room. The TV was low quality and had to ask the staff to fix it repeatedly. The toilet was situated so you had to sit sideways. You had to be a small person to be able to sit straight because your knees hit the shower wall.

Overall, the hotel is average. It is located near many of the sites to visit in Key West. The rooms are simply decorated and serve it's purpose. Morning breakfast was good.

Room was in poor condition for the price paid. Many items needed maintenance attention from peeling paint to rusty metal bed frames and light fixtures, sloppy drywall repairs. I have been in hostels for $40 that were much nicer

Upscale youth hostel for adults. Good rates, great location, excellent amenities like two regular pools, a heated pool and a hot tub Jacuzzi type pool. Rooms a cramped with lots of bed for groups of people to share costs. Bathroom is OK, everything is clean, just cramped. We both hit our heads multiple times on overhangs near the headboard. Many room electric outlets don't work. Breakfast included is basic, cereal, breads, muffins, little cheap danish, yogurt, juices, no fruit. Ice but no ice buckets (we bought a cheap plastic pitcher that worked well. Good staff and check in. Varied clientele in all respects, like in a cheap B&B or a pensione in Italy.

The staff was great. The hotel location was wonderful, surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed the 24 hour Starbucks coffee. The room was clean, a bit pricy, but allowed us for a one night Key West stay.

Great location! Amazing price. Can’t wait to stay here again. Easy going and polite staff. Clean pools and hot tub. The room had some wear and tear but you don’t go to Key West to stay in the room! Balcony was an excellent surprise and the breakfast! Happy Hour is cheap and fun! Thank you!!
