"Probably the best hotel in Kisumu. Convenient location. Was there for a work trip. Staff was courteous and professional. They had minor issues with printer and electricity shutdowns but nothing that was any kind of major inconvenience for my stay. Also enjoyed the restaurant menu."

"Thw courtyard was lovely and the soft gospel music over breakfast was very pleasant. I would have loved brewed coffee to have been part of the breakfast buffet without having to pay 300 for expresó. But overall a very good experience."

Infrastructure needs attention
"Toilet not working and wifi intermittent. There were no views outside and it felt claustrophobic. Staff tried hard and were friendly but a major upgrade is needed."
