The room was dusty and not properly cleaned when we checked in. I had to wipe surfaces myself with sanitizing wipes. We checked in as a family of four, yet the room and amenities were consistently stocked for only two guests. On day one, I requested that towels, water, and other amenities be replenished daily for four people, along with daily housekeeping.
Despite this request, every afternoon we returned to the room to find only 2–3 towels and just two water bottles. Housekeeping cleaned the room only once during our stay. I had to go to the front desk repeatedly, where staff seemed surprised—even though there was a note indicating daily housekeeping.
On our last day, I was unable to take a morning shower because towel delivery took an excessive amount of time. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, consistency, and follow-through significantly affected our stay.
