Beautiful clean townhome. We really enjoyed staying here. The beach felt private in comparison to others (e.g. Poipu beach). The townhome location was steps away from the beach, next to the pool and beach front restaurant. Our kids LOVED the pool with the water slides. There’s a Safeway across the street which is convenient. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the beach every morning. Definitely would stay here again! 3

We absolutely loved the location! The lanai was a favorite relaxing spot for us to sit with our coffee and enjoy the ocean waves. The sunrise was only steps away plus we got to share the morning sun on the beach with a seal! We even enjoyed our daily visits with the chickens/rooster.We would definitely enjoy a future visit!Thank you!

Will be back!

This is a beautiful centrally located property that is PERFECT for families. McDonald’s, Safeway, shaved ice, Panda Express, dominoes etc are all across the street and super convenient for sending teens to when we needed more eggs, and coffee or if the kids wanted some independence. Pool was so fun! Beach was 10 steps from our lanai. We ate at the restaurant and had an outstanding meal with awesome drinks and service. We will most definitely be back. We did several tours and were within 20-30 minute drive of absolutely everything in either direction. Perfect distance away from airport where we did not have to see planes landing/taking off but were close enough to quickly reach the property. Can’t say enough great things!

Perfect

This condo was absolutely perfect for our trip. The grounds are amazing (had a hard time peeling the kids away from the pool to go explore) and loved that we could walk right out to the beach from our lanai. Would 100% book this property again next time we come to Kauai.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We loved our time and our stay. The condo was very comfortable for our family of 7. We enjoyed both the amazing pool and the beach. It was great to walk out the patio door onto a beautiful grassy lawn with just a short distance to both the pool and the beach. We watched the sunrise every morning and enjoyed sitting out on the lanai. It was an added bonus the host provided beach chairs and a cooler so we were able to take lunch along with us when we explored the island. It was my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and our 25th, we couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and celebrate. Adults and kids both had an amazing time. I highly recommend this condo and host. She was helpful and timely in her responses. We hope to stay here again!

Great stay

We truly enjoyed the property. The slides were the best!! The lazy river was fun for exploration although it doesn’t have a current, FYI. The restaurant next to the pool has really good food and the service is great. Internet can be spotty making TV internet services like Netflix inaccessible at times. Beach is nice and sunrise is awesome. It is not crowded but might not be the safest for kids. Safeway is within walking distance, making it very convenient.

Hawaiian Family Fun

We had an awesome time! Accommodations were perfect! I love that it is on the bottom floor, 50 steps to the beach. We loved to sit on the beach and read in the morning. You can walk to the Coconut Marketplace on a great path with the waves crashing along the way.

Amazing week!

My family of 6 (me, husband, and 4 sons - 14, 12, 9, 5) stayed here for a week and it was just about perfect. The location in the resort was great with easy access to the pool, beach, restaurant, and a nice grassy area right outside for the kids. It was well appointed for our group size, with plenty of sleeping spaces, except we were a little short on forks. We would definitely come back here again!

Amazing Condo right next to the beach!

Condo H104 was absolutely amazing. The place was clean and inviting. Having the beach right outside the door was a game changer. It was like having our own private beach everyday. The pool was also very well taken care of and great if you wanted to mix it up and have a pool day. I was worried that having the pool so close that we would be able to hear a lot of noise in the condo from the families and children enjoying their vacation. That was not the case. When the doors were closed - you didn’t hear a thing. The condo was also in a great location. 15 min from the airport and a lot of amenities close by. The only thing I would bring up was that the picture of the place show that the second bedroom had a Queen and a Twin bed. However, it had a Queen and a chair with a hideaway bed. I believe it mentions that in the description (the picture must be old). Otherwise it was a great place and acted like home away from home when we visited Kaua’i. I would rebook the place again without hesitation.

A great place to stay.

We enjoyed H104. It is a great location and the room is well maintained, fully equipped and ready to go. Be aware that the second bed in the 2nd bedroom is a hideaway, but adequate as a bed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Visit

The condo was in a very convenient location to sights around the island. The resort complex was well maintained and had a nice area of walking beach in front of it along with a great pool area and very good restaurant (Oasis on the Beach). The unit itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking. Although it is a ground floor unit close to the pool, it was quiet. When you are sitting outside on the porch, there is a nice view of the ocean. We had to contact the owner a few times and she was very prompt in her response and accommodating. Air conditioning is nice, but there are plenty of windows for a comfortable breeze if you prefer that. The only issue we had was that the second bedroom had one actual bed and then one chair that folds out into a bed rather than two actual beds as shown in the photos. We nonetheless had a lovely stay.

AWESOME LOCATION!!!

We stayed in this condo in April of 2024. The unit is located in building H and is just steps from the beach, pool, grill station, and Oasis on the Beach. We definitely recommend this unit.

Lovely pool-side condo

The unit was clean, well appointed, and very spacious. I'm a cook, and found every cooking utensil I needed for a week's worth of 3 meals a day. The stovetop didn't work the first morning, but the property manager quickly talked me through how to restart it by using the circuit breaker. It took all fo 4 minutes to get cooking! The shower head was to die for, best shower experience ever. Thank you for such a relaxing place to vacation with my extended family! Christy
