Impeccably maintained grounds in this complex invite you to spend time in the beautiful surroundings. The pool/hot tub, and work out room are steps outside your door from this second floor condo.
Your main balcony (Lanai) has ocean and garden views to watch the beautiful sunsets, whales, and dolphins that frequent the area.
The pool side is close by to the barbecue and outdoor covered area complete with outdoor kitchen, ping pong tables and gathering tables to relax and enjoy dinner outdoors. The starry night sky will amaze you from this location. The island is known for its attention to low lighting for stargazing.
Inside your Island themed condo you will be comforted by the air conditioned unit, very comfortable bed and spacious bedroom including closet space and private bedroom lanai for your use, a fully stocked kitchen, in-suite washer , dryer, and dishwasher, full size newer fridge/freezer.
A comfortable living area adjacent to a beautiful balcony furnished with a table for four to enjoy breakfast or dinner in your own private space. The bathroom is beautifully finished, a good size for a one bedroom unit, and has plenty of space to store your toiletries. This condo includes water toys for your use while visiting the Big Island.

A walk to town is about 12-15 minutes where plenty of Kona cafes and restaurants await you. The communication before and as we arrived was great! The apartment was very clean and well organized with everything we needed. A short walk to the oceanfront was a great place to relax on a lounger and watch for whales.When we come to Kona again this is where we are going to stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for our time on the Kona side of the Island. It was immaculately clean and well stocked with very new beach chairs, beach umbrella, and snorkeling sets. I feel like too many listings get perfect scores, but this one truly deserves it. The hosts pay attention to the little details that make a big difference, such as the jar of fresh coffee beans and a grinder so you can make your coffee fresh every morning. Also, there was a personalized sign welcoming us and a box of chocolates for us to enjoy. The fans and AC units were very nice as well. The grounds were also very well maintained and the pool/spa and lounging area by the ocean were very comfortable and enjoyable. Finally, the location was great at less than a mile from countless shops and dining options in the downtown Kona area. Would definitely stay here again!

Wir waren für eine Woche im Paradies, in einer sehr sauberen, liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung direkt am Pazifik. Am Abend sind Wale und Delphine zu sehen und natürlich der Sonnenuntergang.Auch von dem großen Balkon sieht man das Meer. Es ist alles vorhanden, um den Urlaub zu genießen. Auch die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sicher, hat ausreichend Parkplätze und ist sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, Danke.
