This condo is all about the location. A corner unit - You’re literally on the water and the view is fantastic. All the restaurants are an easy walk and sunsets from the balcony are amazing. The unit could use some updates, but it’s clean and functional. Highly Recommended - will be back

Lovely condo with a fantastic wrap around lanai. Nice Hawaiian decor. Views of whale,dolphins,turtles,tang and surfers while sipping a morning brew. Spotlessly clean condo. Easy walk to town. Responsive management. Definitely will stay in HKK 212 again and again.

Everything was wonderful. The unit is small but great use of space and was very comfortable for the two of us. We loved the wrap around lanai and appreciated the high bar stool bistro set and spent most of our time out there. Tracy was very responsive to any questions we had. It is a perfect location and within walking distance to downtown Kona with plenty of shops and restaurants.

The kitchen was fully functional with everything needed to prepare meals. The wrap around lanai over the water was perfect. The management team was over the top, the best! Downtown Kailua, Kona was completely walkable. My wife and I would highly recommend this property.

Host was very responsive, the place was clean and well-equipped. Of course the view is extraordinary. I would add as one who focuses on scuba diving, this place was perfect. Short drive to Honokohau Hatbor. Elevators and nearby parking garage for lugging gear. Large lanai for drying gear (but do not hang over rails). And they actually have a sign at the pool that says it’s OK to rinse your gear in the poolside shower. I will definitely be back.

Great location! Close enough to town to walk. This was the most time we’ve ever spent at a property relaxing. The wrap-around lanai was great for lounging, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The covered parking was a bonus, too.

Lovely spot, beautiful wraparound lanai with a fabulous view. Small but nice pool. Private parking spot. Just a 20 minute walk to the Kailua pier and tons of restaurants and shops on the way. We would certainly stay there again!

Beautiful oceanfront location. Watching turtles, fish, and eels from the balcony every morning was a highlight. This condo has beach chairs, an umbrella, and small cooler so we were set for the beach. We walked to Kailua Kona and to local small beaches but still recommend a car because you don’t want to miss Kohala beaches or Volcanoes park and they require a drive. The only drawback of this condo is that it feels damp but we understood that this will happen when your balcony is literally 20 feet above the surf.

STUNNING. You can see the ocean from every room except the bathroom.

The view is incredible and has a GREAT patio with various seating options. The bed is fine, they have LOTS to do in the condo itself (games, books, beach toys), but the location is the real star. It is close enough to walk to shopping, but not quite in the middle of any loud bars or hotels, so it's quiet. I can't say "the view is incredible" enough, so the view is incredible!

Wonderful stay at this unbeatable ocean front location. Fully stocked for our stay and easy walking distance to town/shops. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean was delightful.

Amazing views

We absolutely loved this place, the view is amazing. We even saw some sea turtles from the balcony, it’s very spacious and clean. Super closer to many different restaurants, and the parking space is so convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view, comfortable condo!

The condo is lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The views were incredible, and we loved watching the sunsets from the lanai while listening to the ocean. Check in was very smooth. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

2 weeks in paradise

We've stayed here several times before. You just can't beat the location. Being so close to Kona allowed us to not have to worry about parking because we could easily walk to anywhere on Ali'i. Ample restaurants and shops and a farmers market with fresh fruits made it very convenient. All in all, a great two weeks!

Could have been cleaner… white socks became dirty walking across living room floor. Items in kitchen such as knives holder has not been cleaned in sometime. The lighting in living room insufficient for reading, in the bathroom lighting insufficient for using cosmetics. AC doesn’t distribute air equally between rooms…bedroom cold and living room warm. Parking space along concrete wall difficult to use when space along side and behind were occupied. We were able to use a different space that was vacant. We loved the ocean view and location. Confusing to have two lock boxes. There should be a dead bolt on the door for security. One small bar of soap and two rolls of toilet paper was insufficient… we purchased additional.
