Reception is 3 buildings away. No one on site. Wifi is very poor and intermittent Brown water came out of the bathroom sink initially The heating vents need to be cleaned. The apartment is cold. It definitely is not luxury by any NZ standard.

Nice apartments with great ocean view. Apartments are a little dated, but clean and well serviced. 10 minute walk to the Kaiakoura town restaurants. Longer walk to groceries. WiFi is limited by poor signal strength. Kaiakoura is pretty and these apartments are next to the coast with a great Ocean view.

The apartment is beautifully designed and fully furnished. The heaters in the bathrooms are well thought of. Someone would come clean up and clear the rubbish everyday, appreciate that. This place is close to dolphin encounter, albatross encounter, Kaikōura kayaking and yummy food.

Perfect location in Kiakoura

Perfect location in Kiakoura. Walkable distance to everything but just far enough away for a quiet night sleep. Perfect communication from Sue and a lovely welcome. Lovely and clean apartment with a great view from the balcony. Parking was simply under the apartment and provided rear access. Would certainly stay here again and recommend a stay!
